My wife and I drove 3 hrs too look at a truck for our son. Upon arriving at the store we look at the vehicle we went to see and spoke with the salesperson we had been talking too. He was very polite and respectful. After looking over the vehicle I made an offer and told salesperson we had too look at 2 other vehicles while there. Soon after leaving the sales manager contacted me and we discussed the price I made my concerns aware too him of the vehicle and told him what my final offer would be, and he hung up on me. Not to mention there are 2 fees they do not tell you about in price which total around $2000 in additional cost that weren’t disclosed even after I asked upfront about. Needless too say sales manager cost business a sale that day.

My husband and son went to buy my son’s 1st car there today. They drove from Louisiana to Alabama and was truly disappointed with this dealership. Price was agreed upon and then the finance manager decided to change the price and tried charging over $3,000 more in fees. The most unprofessional place we have ever experienced. Shame on you for having no integrity. Don’t waste your time dealing with this place.

So, after getting numerous requests to share my experience with Encore, here it is. Remember Encore, YOU asked.I found a pre owned Chevrolet Tahoe listed on line and called the dealership to confirm its availability and get the help of a salesperson. The salesman was helpful and even sent me a couple of videos of the vehicle because I was several hundered miles away at the time. We negotiated the sales price and I informed the salesman that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. He completed a buyers order for me and I provided him with a copy of my drivers license as well as proof of insurance and articles of incorporation to register the vehicle in my business name. This all took place on a Thursday afternoon.I told the salesman up front that I would like to come to the dealership the following Monday to finalize the deal and deliver a cashiers check for the total price of the vehicle. All was set.Late Friday afternoon the salesman called me to inform me that the vehicle had been sold to another person because they offered more money for it and the dealership made the decision to sell it to the other party because they we using the finance manager at the dealership to obtain funding. He explained to me that the dealership would make more money off a person seeking financing through the dealership and that he had no choice in the matter.I understand that nothing is bought until it’s paid for but the salesman assured me that a cashiers check the following Monday would be perfectly fine and no deposit was necessary.No big deal to me, I found another Tahoe the next day and purchased it but after repeated text from Encore asking me to leave a review, well, here it is.Two thumbs down for taking all my personal information, completing a buyers order and adding the vehicle on my insurance to be misled by the dealership that the vehicle was marked sold. Once our deal was on paper, the vehicle should have been taken out of the available for sale inventory.I gave them one star because I believe the salesman meant well and he was indeed helpful to get me the information on the vehicle. Other than that, I would give them zero stars. The salesman shouldn’t make promises that they cannot keep and Encore should do better with honoring the word of their employees or train them better.

The sales experience was awesome. The salesman (London) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and able to answer my questions and show me the features. I would recommend buying from him. The finance experience was not so good, rushed, confusing, and sign hear. I have to say it was after hours and everyone was ready to go home. My advice to the fiance department would be to slow down and explain the process, and what the customer is signing. My advice to the salesman keep rolling.

The staff at Encore service department went out of their way to help me with my car repair. It was an insurance claim and since I live in Pensacola, Fl it was reassuring that they were always willing to talk to me on the phone and explain how the process was going. I would highly recommend them if you need service for your vehicle.

ReviewBefore purchasing my car the service was great, of course, because they wanted a sale. I bought my car July 8. Cartez sold me the car. The car had a dent and the front bumper was sticking out. When I offered to take the car as is IF they knocked off some of the price they told me they couldn’t but swore to me they would fix it. So of course I bought it. No one ever got in touch with me to get it fixed. I called and emailed MULTIPLE TIMES and even went up there three times and no one tried to help, plus my salesperson avoided me the times I came in. They even tried to give me a $500 check and thought I would take that instead of fixing the car like they promised. And one person saying that the car was slightly discounted due to the damages which was a lie, hoping I would let this go. My 3rd time coming up there the sales manager helped me and took my keys so they could fix the car. He was pleasant however he told me it will only take a couple days when they had my car 3 weeks and didn’t even offer me a rental to accommodate. Also if you tell them to not pull your credit multiple times, they do it anyways. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

Literally the BEST experience buying a car! Richard was patient while listening to me list my “demands” and personally drove almost 800 miles in one day just to make sure I received my dream car quickly! I haven’t purchased a new car in over 10 years because the last time was a grueling process and the salesman was pushy and not listening to me. Richard however, was AMAZING! The dealership was beautiful and clean and the staff was awesome!

Drove three hours to purchase a car after multiple phone calls about this specific vehicle. Arrived to find two doors were dented. They offered to take $700 off. We knew this was more than a $700 fix so we declined and thanked them for wasting our time. They gave us their word they would fix the doors and be in touch in a week and deliver the vehicle to us. We’ve called and called and texted the finance manager Blake and called the dealership and spoke to some type of manager. Last calls and texts were made Thursday and as of Saturday night we have not had any type of response or communication. We trusted they were going to do what they said and put off purchasing other vehicles we saw and have since missed out on. Horrible service, dishonest, zero integrity. Do not waste your time looking here.

They were very professional. Weren’t pushy at all and relational. Alex Turner was our salesman and he did an awesome job to make sure we left there with the car we wanted for the best price. 10/10 recommend and will be going back for our buying/selling car needs!
