At first The Enterprise staff was wonderful, especially Janee. My best friend referred us. We love our Outlander. We paid for our car outright cash. I have been receiving an invoice for $357.02 from a financial company since July. We don't owe anyone. I have spoken with Mitch, Zach and Dom. The managers. I was told face to face by Dom. He resolved it. I am still getting a bill. I even referred to family members. It seems after the sale has been made Enterprise doesn't care to fix issues. This has now been reported on my credit report.

Unprofessional salesperson. I was pawned off to another rep bc mine was busy when I showed up for my appointment 4 minutes late. The other rep was completely uninterested in showing me any cars and kept trying to look around for other coworkers. I told them what I was working with financially and they not only seemed to judge my low budget wardrobe but ignored the fact that I was going to pay outright for a car instead of financing it. I got so mad I left and walked out. I tried to call my original sales rep back but got hung up on. The manager eventually called me back, but this branch has completely lost my business.

I was late to my appointment by 4 minutes and my salesperson was busy, so another woman took over and was very unhelpful. She did not at all seem interested in showing me the cars available and kept looking around trying to talk to other coworkers. I got mad and left, and when I called back to talk to my original salesman, I was hung up on. The manager finally called me back and I let him know the woman I had been pawned off to was unprofessional and judging me on my wardrobe and apparent financial situation without knowing my full purchasing ability. I am not going back to this branch again!

Professional, kind hearted, team collaborative salesmanship are the best words I could describe my experience with all the polished sales persons and their Managers that I met at this branch of Enterprise Car Sales. They will guide you gently and respectfully to make a buying decision. I bought a car at last from them.

An amazing experience Mitch was wonderful. He made me understand exactly what it was what I need to do very kind respectful man him and his wife and Javaris was very kind as well and respectable.
