Easy online reservation. When we picked the car up we were very pleased with the quick turn around. The car was very clean, interior and exterior. It was in perfect operating condition.The return was even easier than the pickup.I’m sure we will use Enterprise again.

Excellent customer service very friendly at the rental desk. Super easy return also. The only issue is the suv we had wasn’t cleaned well it still had food crumbs, finger prints everywhere and trash from the previous renter that I had to clean out and the windows were disgusting.

I wanted a replacement car because the lights wasn't working properly. Also, I thought a bulb needed replaced.The staff member sent someone to look at it. He said the light icon meant the lights were on. (That's how they are making NEW cars). That's fine but the lights did not provide enough light on the dark roads heading from Mobile to Pensacola. I wanted another car that worked properly. Also, I swapped a small car bc I thought a light was working and the car made noises. I had a Corolla and I was given a RAV4 (a gas hogger). I complained about it. She refused to give me another car. She said the lights worked fine. No one drove the car to see if it had proper lighting. Just because they come on, that doesn't mean they work properly. She also said she couldn't swap it for a complaint about the car being a gas hogger. If I want another car, I should have been provided another car. She was going to swap it, but changed her mind like see was high and mighty. I'm pretty sure this wasn't the first time she did this.

I absolutely would not use another rental company in Mobile. I frequently rent 2-3 times a month for the last year plus.The staff always greets me by name and go above and beyond on every single rental.Using online check-in the agents have paperwork ready. It's quick and efficient taking less than 10 minutes on most rentals.Laura was a great asset and now Q is leading your agents. Great choice. Brandi is a great asset to your location, although she has since moved to your Daphne location. She will be missed by many I would assume.Cameron and Yozie are terrific agents for your team.Can't wait to see them all again.Grace

The rental was very good! The car was clean, it drove well and I was extremely pleased with the ease of renting and customer service from the agents. What could be better is to change the policy for extending time when renting to a FAIR price.The first agent that rented the car to me and an agent over the phone stated that extending a few hours over would still be a full days rate. I really needed it for a few more hours so I called to extend my time to keep the car to 7pm. My initial return was 2pm and I returned the car at 5:00 pm the same day. It would be great to have that rate prorated or even charge half instead of full price after keeping it for just over a few hours. This may help someone else, but other than that no complaints.
