I frequently rent with enterprise and this is the first time I had a problem The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the vehicle I rented had a smoke smell and was not properly cleaned. But when I returned the vehicle Cameron was very concerned about my complaints and gave her apology, and made things right. I will definitely rent from enterprise again

The car was infested with ants and we were unable to receive a replacement car. We traveled 12 hours and stopped at multiple dealerships to try to find another car. Customer service has not been helpful in reconciliation and I still have not received a call back from management, it has been 5 months.

Don't call Government St location and ask a simple question because they want to ask you 50 others instead of actually answering yours ...." Do I have to drop off vehicle where I picked it up" is pretty straightforward question ...have attempted to do business with the location multiple times and it's been nothing but a hassle every time
