I called 3 times yesterday for a rental over an hour span, each time I was kept on hold for a long time, then someone would pick up the phone and hang up on me. I never was able to speak to a live person.

This Enterprise has been helping me for the last month with my rental, due to my car being damaged. I can not say enough wonderful things about this staff. They have all been so genuinely wonderful and helpful. Definitely would come back here and would recommend this location to my friends and family. I have used various Enterprise locations over the years and this is by far the best one! ✨

The Enterprise team at the rental locations was excellent!l The staff were attentive, kind, and very helpful throughout our interactions. However, my experience with roadside assistance was disappointing.
When I called roadside assistance, the first representative was difficult to understand and abruptly hung up on me. The second representative, Thor, seemed annoyed and was unhelpful. He confused me by mentioning that I would need my credit card ready for the tow truck without explaining why. I assumed it was because I hadn’t provided the company’s proper name. After spending ten minutes searching through emails to find the correct name, I called back, only for Thor to dismiss my efforts and question why it was relevant at all.
The roadside assistance team displayed poor customer service skills. Customers who call roadside assistance are likely already stressed or frustrated, and representatives should provide support and reassurance, not make them feel like they’re being a bother.
On a positive note, the tow company was wonderful! They were friendly, helpful, and even went above and beyond to guide us to the rental office at the airport. Once there, the clerk at the counter was apologetic about the inconvenience and attentive in helping us secure a new vehicle.
Overall, I was happy with Enterprise and the in-person staff, but I strongly suggest re-evaluating your roadside assistance team. Their lack of professionalism and empathy does not reflect the otherwise high standard of service your company provides.
