Allen Williams is the best! I was able to get a car in less than 24 hours 2 states away. My credit wasn't the best but Allen and Isaiah were able to get it done. They made sure my car was clean, fully functioning, and my rates were affordable. It doesn't get any better than this!!

I had the most wonderful experience buying a car at this dealer. Ethan and Dusty were knowledgeable and helpful. They were willing to go the extra mile to provide the car and financing we needed. I'd highly recommend going there.

It's been 365 to the T since we took our van into the shop for an unknown issue where it was going into limp mode. The repair shop stated they do not do loaner cars so we had to rent a car out of our own pocket, as the 3rd party warranty would not reimburse us til the van was fixed. Ok fine, thankfully we were finished with Christmas. We'll a few days go by, we find out the warranty company was closed due to the holiday, and we agreed fresh start first of January. After several back and fourths, they needed and inspector from the warranty company to come out. He did, there was several replacements of parts, several rental cars out of pocket. We then were hit with the fact we were starting to run out of the ability to cover the rental and pay all of the bills. We asked again for a loaner and they said no. Fine. Then we enter May... where we still had been paying for rental cars, on the brink of losing our house, couldn't afford legit anything. If it wasn't for my mom and grandmother, and father in law, I'd be telling a different story today. Anyway, they FINALLY get us a loaner car due to it being 6 months. That car had no gas, I barley made it to the gas station, it REAKED of weed, you couldn't see out the windows at night due to the tint, but hey at least it ran...and I had to put my child in it. ? Well they sold that car, and we got another, that was fine I guess. June 1st, they said ok we test drove it, it drives great the check engine light isn't on you're good to go. We pay our $100 deductible. And don't even make it out of the parking lot. I go back in, tell them they didn't fix it. Then I find out they sent it to Kia in Mobile, and some other place/s too. No idea where aa we found out after the fact. They kept selling the loaner cars and giving us new ones which was fine, but most didn't have gas, one died in the middle of airport. It was rough. Kept getting the run around, the service writer would reply to emails in caps. When we found out I was having my hysterectomy, we decided we just couldn't do this financially anymore, as we were still paying $300+ a month for a vehicle we didn't have, and everything else. We surrendered it to the finance company. Told the repair shop, and they said they were going to charge them a storage fee ?. Anyway, we empty the van, notcie they broke something hanging down on the front but just ready to walk away. As my husband gave the service writer the key, she said keep us in mind for your repair needs..... yeah..no. anyway, the repo guy calls us asking about the van. Asked when we took it to them, told them December 20,2022.. they told him they got it in August 2022, sent it one place couldn't fix it and it's sat since September 2022. When we went to empty it, they said they were in talks with the warranty company about replacing the engine. I'm sure I've missed a thing or two, but I have the emails, I have ALL the recipts. Me and my family...we do NOT recommend Ethan Hunt Automotive .Our experience was sketchy, awful, and it almost cost us everything.I don't normally do things like this, but after a year it was time...also the van is still sitting behind their fence today 365 days later.*they have replied to this review, I have tried to call and just like every time I called about my vehicle, they did not answer, after several attempts.

Fantastic, Fantastic, Fantastic. I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle online from this dealership and had the pleasure of speaking with Jacob. I asked him honestly what he thought of the particular vehicle that I was looking at, and he gave me his honest opinion. I didn’t buy the vehicle, (found one locally), but appreciated the honesty in this young man’s character. If you’re looking for a vehicle, don’t hesitate to contact Jacob and he will treat you right and take care of your needs.

If you are planning to purchase a car from Ethan Hunt, please rethink that decision. We purchased a car in March of 2022 and still have not received the proper or correct paperwork to obtain a tag. Each time we have contacted the dealership they tell us that the issues will be fixed and each time we go to obtain the tag there are still issues which render us unable to purchase the tag. Ethan Hunt's idea of correcting the paperwork consists of inputting the wrong name, the wrong VIN number, the wrong cylinder of the vehicle and other issues. They are incompetent liars who only are interested in unloading junk vehicles and wanting you to give them a 5 star google review. As a result we are now having to hire an attorney to help us resolve this since no one at the dealership will help us get this sorted out. We cannot even trade it on on something different because we do not have a tag. This car has multiple mechanical issues and the AC does not work which is quite uncomfortable in Mobile, Alabama summer weather. Mr. Hunt is aware of these issues and refuses to make this right. If you are considering stopping in to purchase a vehicle then I suggest you keep driving past his lot. He and his staff are despicable. If there were an option to post negative stars on the business I would do so.

I've tried twice to trade a vehicle and been given and extremely low ball offer on a trade. The salesman both times were very nice. The sales manager this time was my problem. Did not have a good personality. They told my engine was about to blow up. As soon as we left we went to a mechanic and was told that was 100% a lie. Will never attempt again.

Went to buy a 2015 Subaru outback and Mr.Allen was very helpful and helped us with buying our first vehicle so I am so thankful for them! I also thank Mr.Isiah for the financing plans and being so polite during our quite honestly struggle with getting it planned out! I will gladly refer anyone and everyone to Ethan Hunt Automotive for any vehicles!

Didn't come to serve us when we arrive only got my telephone number and said they would call us and still even now they still hadn't call us to sale a SUV that we were looking at but no worries we will never buy or send anyone that we know to buy a car from them very unsatisfied with their business practices. Had the money to buy the SUV and they just lost a good sale instead we had to get our SUV from Dean Mitchell and we got it on the same day that Ethan Hunt Automotive wouldn't call us to take care of a customer, Very poor customer service.

I've tried to purchase a vehicle twice and both times they offered less than half the nada value on my trade in. The saleperson both times were great. The finance team is problem. The last time they told my vehicle had an oil and a coolant leak and the engine was about to blow up. They supposedly refilled the coolant to be nice but that was a lie. I left the dealership and went straight to a mechanic and was told that was a lie and my engine was fine. I will never even look at their website again.

I went to test drive 2 SUV's that I have been eyeing for over a week now. The 1st one wasn't the one I was most interested in. But the dealership got irritated at me because I wouldn't allow her to prequalify me. I told her I didn't want a bunch of phone calls. Also at some point I did mention I would be paying cash. I told her I would be buying within the next 2-3 weeks. Anyway she goes and gets keys. We get in and she tells me it's low on gas because they don't keep a lot of gas because of theft. She proceeds to tell me to take the side road because of traffic on Schillinger Rd. I say alright. I start the SUV and it starts dinging because it is so low on gas. The gage was in the lower part of red. I turn onto the side rd. and it is maybe a football field long and dead ends into a business. So not even a test drive. When we go back to the dealership and get out of the SUV, the other one I was interested in she said someone is coming for that one today. So no sense in testing it. But yet she brought out the keys for that one also. Needless to say they lost me as a customer.

Purchasing my BMW from Ethan Hunt was effortless/straightforward, thanks to Allen Williams(salesman). He played an integral part and I am immensely pleased @ how my concerns were considered and respected. Everything I requested, he complied. I guarantee, he will not disappoint. From inception to completion, everything was processed timely and with ease. Personnel from the front office to the finance office were very warm and inviting. In addition, thank you Justin(service dept) for completing the service on my car, expeditiously. You are certainly an asset to this organization! Your customer service was excellent!
