This salon has been such a blessing to my mother-in-law. Stacey, the owner will help her get out of the car when she is unsure about where she is and Ella, her stylist, has done an amazing job!!! I highly recommend this salon! Mrs. Marsha is always so happy here!

Love this salon! Stacey and Sarah are both fantastic at cutting and coloring my hair. They listen carefully, offer suggestions and make it happen! Plus, the atmosphere is friendly and positive, which I really appreciate. Oh, and the price is reasonable.

Took advantage of a teenager wanting to get her hair done and look pretty for the start of the school year. We have been going here for a couple of years. My daughter went by herself for the first time and the stylist made sure to take advantage at the rate of $200 before the tip! Normally, we pay about $120 but since she was by herself this stylist saw $$ and racked up the bill. What is even more ridiculous is she knew my daughter was paying for it all on her own as per the conversation they had during the appointment. Absolutely disgusted by the greed!

My hair was still wet after she blow dried. I told her I wanted it flat ironed and she obviously didn’t want to she said she would just blow it straight. My roots were still wet and sticky From whatever product she used. I went home and had to finish drying my hair and flat iron it. It was a new girl who’s not been doing hair long so I understand things like that happen but I felt rushed out because a walk-in came in and the other stylists didn’t want it.

Appointments are highly recommended, however the girls do take walk ins if they are available. Talented and very professional. I received a haircut and color touch up. The salon offers many other hair treatments as well.

Some prices are reasonable, some are a little high. Love the cut and color but it could have been more vibrant for the cost.

Got a gift certificate for My birthday and was very leery of going here based on not only the reviews but on how my appointment was set. The lady asked if I had ever been there before, which I told her no, and advised of what I was looking to have done. She said "I guess I can book you with "whoever" (don't remember their name)...ugh right then I should have just said forget it. Long story short, I came in with boring hair and left with boring hair. For $200 I expected a little more than a very basic color and a simple blow dry. I reviewed on Facebook and the manager tried to gaslight me, accused me of having them mixed up with another salon, because no one "remembered" me. No wonder, like I said, the most boring hair experience ever. These businesses in Mobile just aren't worried about gaining new "regulars". Guess they're making enough money and can't be bothered with more customers. Trust me, lesson learned. Best wishes though.

Unfortunately this salon just wasn't for me. I was excited to try a new stylist, get a new color and trim. The color is fine, the trim is fine, but nothing extraordinary. Honestly I took a pic from when I used $10 box color and compared it to my $130 color service and posted the two pics, everyone said it looked identical. The lady just blow dried my hair, no curling the ends or anything close to what they lead you to expect based on their Facebook posts. All in all, came into the salon with very boring hair and left with very boring hair. Maybe my stylist was having an "off" day, I don't know. If you are a regular, I'm sure the experience is different. It is Mobile, and most businesses aren't interested in obtaining new customers and making them into regulars. Like I said, this just wasn't a good fit for me. Best of luck.
