Mrs. Stephen's was friendly, courteous, and efficient. She assisted me when I rented a storage unit. She was very knowledgeable about the facility, and she answered all of my questions. Mrs. Stephen's guided me through the rental process and explained the lease agreement. She walked me to my unit and pointed out access points and amenities (carts, restroom, elevator). Mrs. Stephen's made the process seamless. I really appreciate her assistance. Excellent customer service!

Our stay with Extra Space Storage was awesome. Our rental space was very clean and spacious. Ms Venita the store manager was very polite and helpful.
