I was treated with disdain and an unprofessional attitude by a guy named Ralston today. He apparently didn't appreciate being instructed on shipping a "cool box." Does he not work there? I didn't even get a "thank you" after shipping it.

Amberly had a nasty attitude. After smirking with the customer before me, it went like this...She asked me to check the address. I found a 0 missing. She smirked and mumbled "it didnt put it" ...but she's typing the address?Then she says, "corner ship"I said, "what?"She said, " Tap ship in the corner of the screen" with a continued smirk.I smiled at her, acknowledging her smirking, and said "ok"Maybe she's having a bad day... but she's already sore on the eyes and needs all the personality she can get.

What a great experience here thanks to the amazing customer service! Manager (Chris, if I remember correctly) was extremely helpful, professional and friendly to everyone. He is thoroughly knowledgeable and efficient in all aspects of the services offered at this location. Very impressive!

This is a good FedEx shipping location. They can pack for you if needed. My packages were ready to ship and had minimal wait time for nice staff to ship packages. Nice that they are open on Sunday to do shipping.
