From start to finish, this was a 5-star experience. I made the realignment appointment online. I arrived on time, and in just a few minutes my car was in the service area. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and quiet (no blaring TV). While I was reading my book, I received an e-mail that included the work order. Soon after, I received an inspection report. I went to the service counter, paid, opted for an e-mailed receipt, and was home in less than an hour. The Firestone team at this location are efficient and knowledgeable professionals who are also gracious and friendly.

08/16/24: A flapping noise from left front of my vehical
with replace/labor of $582.10 frightened me because I didn't have the cash. I then, widow/senior citizen was munipulated into opening a credit card for easier payments. I also, was informed by one associate to purchase tire sensors that they would install but after installation, the general manager retracted the offer given by assistant manager that put in his own writing what brand of sensors to purchase. 😞😞

So pleased to have Firestone in Midtown Mobile. These folks are so nice and do quick work with tire repairs. Honest and reasonable repair costs. Used their services over the past 8 years and highly recommend them to my neighbors.

Always excellent customer service at this Firestone location! The team here is Amazing and provides Excellent customer service. Garrett is always friendly, and helpful....you can tell he cares and enjoys taking care of his customers making sure everyone is being taking care of in a timely and curteous manner. Darrell is always awesome as well, he was prompt, friendly, and ready to assist. Caleb is always very friendly and helpful, he always keeps me updated and he let me know when my vehicle was ready. The technician Don did a great a job servicing my vehicle today, he was very detailed, addressing every concern and provided great service in a timely manner. I appreciate the excellent service everyone always provides at this location. It really makes a difference. I Highly recommend this Firestone for reliable and top-notch service!"

Poor customer service poor communication very rude. Went to have tires put on my car, but did not receive the tires that I had requested. They proceeded to put different tires on my car and I didn’t find out until it the time for payment that they had to substitute the tires that I requested with other tires, although I had called them on the date of my appointment and they assured me that the tires that I had requested were there. One agent told me that he assumed that the person that I booked my appointment with had told me of the substitution. They also didn’t have a waiting room. It was non-operation. I was not forewarned of this before I got there. I was unable to make preparations for someone to come and get me so I had to sit at the Starbucks next-door. The counter where you make your payments and ask questions was Garage. It was very unsafe and I accident waiting to happen because there was a pallet in the floor among other things and anybody could’ve tripped over it. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this Firestone or any Firestone.

This is not only the best Firestone location I have ever been to, it is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. They are honest, consistent, dependable, quick working, and thorough. It's tough to find a place nowadays that has all those qualities, but this Firestone has been a constant throughout my life and through different cars.

I am highly disappointed in my experience here. I came with my two year old a little after 7 am and I informed them that my tires were under warranty. They took my keys and had me and my baby sitting in the waiting area until after 8:40 only to tell me that they couldn’t repair my tire. I only had ran over a small screw and the warranty covered that. They tried to charge me $177 for a new tire by telling me my tread was not according to the State of Alabama law. My tires are only two years old and they are no where near low or balding! I feel like because I am a woman who came in alone with a child they saw an opportunity to try to trick me into purchasing a new tire instead of honoring the warranty. This is the second time I have experienced this at the same location. The last time it happened, they swore they couldn’t fix it and I had to buy a new tire. Now they are doing it again. So I am publicly making it known that this is the type of experience they give to people even with warranties. I feel like it’s a scam to get money out of you instead of honoring the warranty. This is unfair and something should be done because even after speaking to management, nothing was resolved and I’m stuck with my tire not repaired.

Never received any documentation/invoice for my service and my vehicle shakes like a wagon now. Went for balance, rotation and alignment. Received no feed back just here is your key.
