Worst shopping experience ever. Went in to buy a Dewalt trimmer and blower combo. Knew what I wanted, and the store had it in stock. Found what I wanted in the department and looked for someone to get it out of the locked cage. Unable to find anyone in the area I asked the worker in the paint if there was someone who could help me. She just told me I had to fine someone in garden center. On my way to garden center that I had already tried to find someone in I asked a person up front if there was someone who could help me. She said she would have to call for someone. I went back to the aisle to wait. After 15 more minutes I went back to the register while my wife waited. I spoke to a different person in customer service who said she would call for someone. I heard the announcement go out over the speakers to for assistance. I waited even longer till my patience was all gone. Nobody should have to wait over 45 minutes trying to get assistance to spend money. What makes it even worse is the store was not even busy with customers. There were also other customers unhappy looking for assistance. I'll take my money somewhere else going forward.

It's a hardware store about the same as tits on a bull. Sure, they have a lot of stuff but it's rarely what you need. Find a real hardware store instead.

This store is an absolute nightmare. I nearly fell over pallets left haphazardly strewn about in the garden section by thier lazy employees. I risked my life and health because people here do not water the overpriced roses they sell, they are practically dead! Nothing was in stock but according to the app, everything I could not find at this store was in stock. Lies. Shop at Lowes, this store is a nightmare. I was also unable to use my military discount at self checkout, I had to have an employee help me.

No. No. No. I guess the store itself was ok but USIG who installs their floors are horrible. Look at all the reviews online. Showed up at my house at 230 pm for a 2 day install. Then said he did not know how to do these floors. Wasted days off. Water time cleaning out bedrooms. I held up my end of the bargain. They did not. Working on herring refund and returning flooring. Can’t trust USIG. Went to floor trader instead. Got an installer who felt sorry for me not having beds to sleep in and all our stuff in den and dining room for over a week. Time is precious and they wasted so much of my time. !!! Better be no problem with refund. Of course they took my money upfront. Lol. They owe me for at least a days pay. So disrespectful.

I purchase some pine straw rolls from the Home Depot on Schillingers Road and Airport Boulevard. The pine straw rolls were filled with mildew. Weeds and twigs throughout the rolls. This was the worst pine straw I have ever purchased. they need to clean up their act or clean up the pine straw rolls. This is a horrible mess why would Home Depot sale this mildew infested pine straw to a customer they should be ashamed.

My husband went to the Home Depot to purchase a door. He learned they offered a service installation but only if you paid to have their technician measure the door. So someone came to our house to measure the door and we paid for the door. An appointment was made for installation, but technician did not come that day. Another appointment was made and while he showed up the “door was not the correct size”. So he left our house after having taken off our door frame, removed the baby gate on the stairs, leaving screws lying around on the floor, and with a loose plan to come back in a couple days. Completely unacceptable service! I am now on hold with customer service for the second time after waiting 15 minutes the first time with no answer and the call being cut off! Will not make the mistake of using them again!!

I bought a Toro self propelled walk behind lawn mower. The drive broke within 30 days. The in store associate I talked to said he bought one too and his broke down too and now he just pushes it without the drive. I fixed it myself. Now less than a year later a grass directing baffle broke and drags thus acting like an anchor. I called 5 times before someone would talk to me. They couldn't have cared less, not their problem. I'll have to fix this myself too, hours of my time not to mention I can't cut the grass. Funny, I was going to buy a new smoker from them this week. Not any more. Don't buy the Toro and don't buy from this store.

We had an amazing experience at the paint counter. The colors were mixed beautifully and efficiently and everything was explained to us in clear detail. The cashier, however, was something else... she sighed at us at least 5 times, tried to ring up 5 different types of paint at the same price because they were the same size, and then tried to shame us for purchasing paint at night. I believe her name was Beverly.

I like this store. Superb customer service. Skill building club for kids and adults. I bought there 1500 sf carpet FREE install, appliances and chandeliers, plants and mulch, cement and tile. I run remodeling business and purchase materials there, too. ELISABETH, JOHN, LINESAY, JUSTIN and many others are great team. Thank you.
