They dont truly know what theyre talking about I knew more going in there, they also lie to not have to help you and try to get you out the second you get there. The only thing they did while I was there was sit behind the counter and talk about not helping us. Very Unhelpful.

Done messed my computer up. I try to login to wedsites it get redirected. I got 2 and 3 accounts on that website. I'm mad cause they can't fix what they messed up.

Extremely in need of new management ASAP. These people can not do simple day to day operations. The key to running any kind of business is communications. Wife dropped computer off yesterday to be looked at. Received an email & TEXT to pick up computer today . Scheduled a time to pick it up. Took off of work early to pick up. Got to best buy and was told that they will have to ship computer off and don't know when it will return. I dont have a problem with that. But don't email and text me saying my computer is ready.....come pick it up.

Extremely helpful and customer friendly. They go above and beyond what's required. They helped me with my Samsung Galaxy S7 FE tablet. Even though they were unable to fix the issue they made an appointment for me with the Samsung specialist who comes to Geek Squad but is employed by Samsung, he is referred to as "Samsung Jon" lol and answers to it. He went to the back for under 30 minutes and fixed the problem no charge!!5 stars to all of the guys up there. We need more workers like the staff at the Tingle Dr Best Buy in Mobile, Alabama they rock!

Geek squat- they didn’t know anything or they just didn’t want to help me unless I pay money for repair that isn’t even necessary ( can’t trust ), I was sent to AT&T where they do an excellent customer service and so helpful and friendly on airport blvd AT&T Hakim is knowledgeable at AT&T. GO THERE

I’m beating myself up for not getting his name but the guy with the long dark hair was awesome. Very helpful, professional, friendly. Had me in and out in no time and I couldn’t have had a better experience.

I took my iPhone in for a battery replacement. The computer system claimed the part was not in stock even though the very nice young gentleman assisting me had the part in his hand. He informed me that their policy would require me to leave my phone with them for 3-5 days while they ordered a part that was already physically in his hand and ready to go.I would rate the experience with zero stars if possible. I do not blame the employee, as he was a sweetheart who did everything possible to assist me. I blame the store policy that forbade him from helping me like he and his coworkers wanted to.It is not reasonable in 2021 to expect customers to leave their phones for 3-5 days, especially not when the part is actually in stock. We need our devices for work and school. This should have been an hour repair, in and out. Now I can’t get my phone battery replaced at all from the only Apple authorized repair shop in the city.

My go-to guys! They help me with everything tech! Whether it's retrieving lost pictures from a corrupted SD card in my phone or setting up my new laptop, these guys are the best! Their Total Tech program is outstanding!! They'll even provide service on devices that were not purchased at Best Buy! I would give them 10+ stars if I could!

Went to get my screen protector replaced and got there at 2:50 and said it would only be 20 minutes. It ended up taking almost an hour we finally left at 3:40. Did not communicate well with us and I will not be using geek squad ever again.
