Store was clean and I was able to find what I needed no problem, but the cashier who checked me out was quite possibly the rudest person I’ve ever come across in retail. Didn’t speak once and basically looked at me the entire time like I was being a nuisance by shopping there. As someone who once worked retail, I understand not always wanting to be super friendly and cheerful and I don’t expect that because we’re all human and have our bad days but even on my worst day I would never treat a customer like that. Definitely will not be shopping here again anytime soon, which is a shame because otherwise the store was nice.

Maybe I missed something but the downtown market did not have a deli or bakery. It feels like a food lion complete with security at the door. I went in walked around and left to rush over to the St. Louis market which I can’t recommend enough.
