Went to get one wheel welded because of a crack and two tires sealed from the bead. I can say they did weld the rim, but they left splatter on the rim and didn't clean it up. One of my tires I got them to seal the bead now has a bubble on the sidewall. Worst $550 spent

Called to get a patch done and claimed to not have time, no care in the world for customers I would be careful when calling here no love for customers. Lazy.

I usually don't initiate writing bad reviews on people's place of work but this is the worst rim repair and tire shop in Mobile. I had to take my wheel back to get repaired multiple times and they could not even match my original Rim color and they also did not balance the wheel either time that I had to bring it back. His dad even asked if the wheel was vibrating while I was driving and I said yes so I thought they had fixed it. This caused an extreme wear and tear on my suspension parts costing more than I can afford to repair. Please if you value your vehicle do not come to this place. Better yet if you want to stay on the road do not use this business. And when I try to call them and ask what they would do to correct it they said that they were sorry for my experience and they don't know what to tell me. But had the Audacity to ask me to come spend more money with them to fix my Other wheels stating they were losing money on this deal. The owners son is highly unprofessional. I took my tire and wheel to a hole in the wall shop and they did a much better job and much fair price than this company. They informed me that the wheel was still bent and that it was off balance. Please beware of this scam company. Go to Voodoo Rim repair. Much better and they come to you.

I have done business with this company for years, I always did business with the petite blonde lady . I went in This week because I needed a cracked wheel repaired, and a short bald guy was working would not even acknowledge my presence because he was too busy looking at his phone. When. He finally looked up he was very hateful and rude. I asked to speak with the owner, and he said he was the owner, and it was his company now, and if i had a problem i had to go through him. I left and went to a new company off schillenger rd they treated me right. The new owner won't be in Business long with that attitude!!!

Worst tire shop in mobile took a brand new wheel up to get a tire done and they scratched the lip all up and said they didn't do it and would not replace it then hang up in your face when you are talking
