Needed a car towed they claimed they didn't have any trucks. Another occasion I call the said a truck well be out in 45 mins. They give me the drivers number. I called no answer. No one ever showed up. Over 2 hours passed by no one would answer the office number or the drivers cell number.

They won't answer their business phone number. This number appears to be forwarded to another number because when I call and the voice mail picks up it states I have reached a different number than what I dialed. Is this how to run a business?
