Fred was a wonderful host last night. Breakfast was lovely. Chatted with over 8 staff members. All were very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean 10/10 great experience

Best hotel in that direct area. Tried most all of the others nearby. No crazies in here, sucks if you are in the mood for running into crazies.

Not a location that I would generally like to be at,however, it was way better than I thought it would have been. Definitely will stay there again.
Rooms: Very nice,very clean and up to date.
Safety: Not in the best part of town, but felt real safe at all times.
Walkability: Not so good.
Food and drinks: Lots of places to eat and drink.

Very clean rooms, elevators, hallways and breakfast area. They had a good range of hot and cold breakfast along with complimentary coffee in the lobby all the time. They have huge bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap attached to the wall so we didn’t even use our own. The entire hotel smelt very nice as well. The pool was nice and warm.
Rooms: Very clean, smelt nice
Food and drinks: Complimentary coffee and creamer along with hot tea in lobby.

Room had musty smell, sink was partially plugged, breakfast was constant repeat, checked out a day early because of the smell and was still charged for another night, and pool was out of service during our stay. There are better places to stay around Mobile.
Rooms: Check in early and ask for another room if everything is not right. Good luck.

A very solid 5 star location. Service, comfort and location.
Rooms: Very clean. A/c was powerful and loud. But it made for good sleep noise
Noteworthy details: Nice pool. Easy dog walking area in the rear.

My family and I stayed here and we all enjoyed this place. The rooms were very clean, the enviment was welcoming, the staff are very kind hearted and helpful. Would definitely be back when in the area again. To the staff if you read this truly thank you for everything.

The woman checking us in was new and kept having check with supervisor when checking us in. Toilets way too close to floor.
Safety: Some concern because of surrounding properties.

Our stay was mostly a wonderful experience. On the way home after checking out, we discovered someone attempted and failed to get our catalytic converter. The hotel was the only place this could have happened. Staff did not care when I let them know. I would probably spending the extra cash to go to a nicer place with security cameras in the parking lot. It would be cheaper than replacing a catalytic converter.

This hotel is one of Hilton's best properties. The staff (front desk, housekeeping, and everything in-between) is incredibly professional and kind. And while the rooms are dated, my room was exceptionally clean (I'll take cleanliness over chic any day). I also loved the smell of my room when I entered––a really pleasant lemon scent. Also, the location is perfect. I was no more than 15 minutes from anywhere I needed to be during my stay. I will stay at this property again and again if given the chance.

Booked last minute and got a great price. Arrived and was met with friendly staff and simple check in. Very nice room, clean (I even checked the picture frames ?) beds were comfortable.
Woke up at the very tail end of breakfast and went down to grab a banana or apple and was met with a wonderful lady who let me grab plates for my girls and was the highlight of my morning. I wish I got her name ?
We will definitely be back. Thank y'all for a great stay!

As always...Hampton Inn deliveries excellence. Came with work.....Attendant spot on , we'll dress and has a smile . Happy to be of assistance. Room and bath clean and we'll stocked...Parking is great. This is a smaller facility however still nice. Has a gym which is a plus for me. Priced as expected. Breakfast is normal.
Rooms: Rooms and bath nice and clean..well stocked.
.beds and pillows comfortable.
Has a tiny hint of a smell of some knucklehead probablysmoked in a non smoking room....but thats the guest..Not the Hotel.... non the less nice just as expected.
Nearby activities: It's close to Mobile and the Delta..lots to do here if you so choose
Safety: Appears to be safe around the Hotel...however I'm here on work and don't venture out except for food.
Walkability: Easy to walk about if you so choose. Not far from food
Food and drinks: Close to most anything you want.
Noteworthy details: I choose Hampton because the whole experience is Noteworthy. No matter if its work or Family travel related...I and Family stay exclusively in Hampton Inns...and we travel a lot.......I would have to say the Attendant on duty is the most Noteworthy at this location. . She is well dressed, pleasant to speak to and smiles.
That makes all the difference in the world.

Great service during check-in. Very helpful with the surrounding area. Breakfast was great and tasty. We will definitely choose to stay here again!
