Ms. Lexi and her team at this location made me rethink what it means to be truly taken care of. Thanks to Ms. Lexi, if there were a local branch of Hancock Whitney Bank here in Las Vegas, NV, I would have established several accounts. Although I moved away a year ago, the team was willing to help me sort out the things for the bank accounts and CDs. She is also very up-to-date on the company policies. Big Kudos to Hancock Whitney for having such a representative!!

Locked Me Out Without Warning – Poor Customer Experience
I opened an account online with Hancock Whitney and was initially optimistic. Within a week, I had set up direct deposit from my employer and began linking two external credit union accounts for scheduled transfers.
Soon after adding those accounts (via standard trial deposit verification), Hancock Whitney revoked my online banking access without any notification or explanation. I only realized this because I could no longer log in.
The customer service process to even speak with someone was painful—automated systems asked for my SSN, deposit history, and then I had to repeat everything to a live agent. I was told I could not be transferred to the fraud team to verify my own accounts. Instead, I was forced to drive to a physical branch (a 30–40 minute round-trip) and provide printed bank statements for verification—even though my other accounts are paperless with eStatements.
It’s unacceptable in 2025 for a bank to disable access without warning, offer no secure digital resolution, and force customers into branches like it’s 1999.
Once my first direct deposit posts (which is now too late to stop), I’ll be withdrawing my funds and closing the account. I had planned to route a significant amount of money (>$100000) through this account—your loss, not mine, guys. On the bright side, I’m glad I found this out early before trusting you with anything more substantial.
Avoid if you value your time and expect even basic modern banking service.

Terrible and disrespectful staff that allow personal relationships with other customers to dictate their level of respect for other customers. The other day my mother who is 53 was talked into selling her house. When she went to the bank to take money out this lady with brown hair and a hair clip in, seemed like a redneck.(which is kind of a firm example of their professionalism and image they like to upkeep). Laughed at her up and down simply because of hearsay that was spread by my father who uses the bank and seems to be “friends” with the teller. Maybe before you hire people make sure to hire someone who isn’t so unprofessional and disrespectful.

I tried to set up an account and the banker who helped me set up my account was no help.
Banker Ms. Lexi Hamilton helped me setup online banking and told me wrong information about my account and I went in trying to get help. SHE WAS THE LAST PERSON trying to help me. The customer service here isn’t the best and I don’t recommend nobody to bank here.
And let me not forget how it took a full 2 weeks for my card to come in and I haven’t been able to use it because Lexi locked me out of my account. But I’m getting text messages that somebody is pulling money out of my account. And still Lexi is refusing to help

9:00a-4:00p, seriously? They come and go while I'm still at work. They're not even putting in a full shift. How am I supposed to get access, take time off work to do business with them?

They staff normally very helpful but find ridiculous that they saw now closing at 4pm still I over looked during peak covid. Most people dnt get off until 5pm and can't go on their lunch break.
