They said they had a car for me but when I got there they didn’t so I had to uber back to the hotel after they told me it was a car up there make sure yu keep calling

Rented a car from them August 8 was not clean at all the first thing I did when I got it was took it through a car wash and cleaned the inside. The I look at my credit card bill to find out I was charged 256 for a one day rental. They need to wear masks because they are robbing people blind. Will never rent from hertz again

What a joke...Got a flat tire, they sent me to the airport hertz, just to be told we dont do insurance cars, then i drove back to the hertz where insurance told us to go , for them to be closed for the weekend. Ended up fixing the flat ourselves.

Worst service I have ever received anywhere…so unprofessional as I mentioned to the manger while talking at the counter then threatens me saying they don’t have to sell me the car got loud typical fashion…say do I want the car or not? So they give us a Tesla with only 75% cause there are no gas cars left…Saying if we dont shut up he’s gonna take it away from us knowing don’t have a choice. The bald guy I guess who was the manager stated mumbling under his breath how it’s hot outside and he ain’t got time for this stuff. Worst experience renting a car ho

This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. Less than 20 miles from picking up the truck, it was saying the truck needed and oil change. The truck had not been cleaned. The rear windows had dog nose smears on them, dog hair all over the rear seat and floorboards. It had a half a tank of gas. I tried to get things taken care of at another hertz location o ly to be told they couldn't do anything due to the fact I got the truck from a corporate store and they were privately owned. I will NEVER, EVER use Hertz to rent anything !!!! Office personnel were not that good to deal with either. Rant over.

we reserved a chevy spark online with the pick up being this location. i reserved it last week. we showed up to the location they stated that all they had was teslas. and that they do not come with a charger. this would not work for us. it was frustrating because the whole point of reserve a vehicle in advance is to get the car we needed. either the website needs to be update and more accurate or they need to implement a system. because showing up on the day we reserved the car and not having it caused us to have to scramble to find a different option. also they Hertz employee could not even cancel our reservation she had to call.

Process was very easy and getting me in and out in a timely fashion seemed to be of top priority. Branch had a clean aesthetic and workers Angela and Claudius were absolutely phenomenal with their kindness and efficiency. Go,beltline!
