Cream, Creammmmm, and CREAM! I had a Hertz reservation when I got to the airport at MOB. From the Hertz desk to the luggage carousel, there was a line. Cream moved through the line with such grace and professionalism. You would have assumed there were no previous customers and no line when my mother and I reached the counter. Cream exuded such grace, patience, and wonderful spirit. He succeeded in upselling us and making sure we had the vehicle we required for our week-long vacation in MOB. I'm grateful, Cream. He must get promoted right away. If all Hertz representatives were like Cream, I wouldn't shop anywhere else than Hertz when I needed a rental car.

Another Hertz experience, desk clerk was great, she was friendly, and very helpful. (Opposed to last guy who I will not deal with again)Car was great, but price always is much more than the quoted price, and remember do not keep an extra day because the prices will go back to some other schedule and you will be better off dropping off and renting at another place. Last time when I wanted to extend my time they would not let me keep the rate I was currently on, so I did just that, turned it in and went to the next desk.

The lady said they didn't have any cars available(she said it in a not gentil tone) and the next day I had to come back, I did a reservation and the lady said they cannot rent me a car because of my card, then her collègue (man) told her they can if she doed something in the system, then she tried but at the end she didn't want to give me the car, she was rude and unprofessional. I only and urgently needed the car for 4 days for my work travel.

Doesn't have any cars . Everytime I come to town . I ended up renting from turo and from now on this is the plan.

Absolutely the worst car I have ever . The car seats are so nasty. I had to drive sitting on a paper Bag The only reason I accepted the car is because I had doctor's appointments I had to get to. And this was the only car they had available.The car smells like a wet rag This car belongs in a junkyard.

They needed more than one person working the counter. It took twenty minutes to get a reserved car.The CSR didn't come out to check the car for damage. No one explained how the car works. We sat there in the parking lot, another thirty minutes trying to figure out how to operate the car. It was storming, and no one had an umbrella to help us out to the car.I think that I will be checking with other car rentals in the future.

I reserved a 7 passenger vehicle months in advance and when I arrived it was nothing available. I had to rent a small SUV that only seats 5 people. The representative has to manually do my reservation so I can keep my rate. My rental was originally 390 and I was told to bring the car fuel level back on empty and I did just that. I was charged $950 for my rental which included fuel fees, a different rate and late fees for bringing the car back late. Those fees were outrageous and wrong. Then I cannot get anyone on the phone and I live an hour away from this location. If you call the toll free number for support no one speaks english without an foreign accent. They are very insensitive to customer situations. Never will I come here again or refer anyone.

An African American man just rented a car from this location and was treated horribly and unfairly by a tall white young male with a mowhawk. The Hertz rep had an immediate attitude with the customer, tried to tell him his rental was not in the system then suddenly found it and told the man that he would charge him more than what was already Pre-paid and tried to swipe his card without informing him on the amount he was to be charged. Also during this exchange, the rep behind the counter tried to move this man away and help other people waiting in line, without resolving is issue. Apparently the other female rep was very friendly, but was not able to help the customer in need. Once the African American man kindly talked to this young man and asked him to look at the details of the reservation, he finally was able to pull the car around and get the rental squared away. The company card as well as this mans card was charged twice, and now the company has to have the Credit card company issue a refund. This is out of hand and that rep that worked the morning of May 8th, 2023 at 11:00 AM with a female counterpart, needs to be fired. He did not treat others that looked him the same way. Our company has used Hertz for years and have never been treated so harshly. No matter what your personal stance is on race and culture, respect others and do your job! I would like to speak with a direct manager for this location.

I will never use them again! No would answer local phone number. I got a ride to the airport to pick up the car because my car died on me. As an older lady that did not have a credit card in my name with me, the clerk said they couldn't take debit card with my name on it. It just added more stress to an already stressful day.

Parking lot full of cars.. Staff down to 1 CR and 1Vehicle Clean Crew… Reservation Made CR inform us they are book and they do not Honor Same Day Reservations..Line was 9 customers .. 8 told same thing.System should kick out reservation before you travel to get this information…Hertz Dollar And Thifty Car Rental

Made my reservation on the Hertz app using my credit card and the reservation in my husbands name confirmed with Hertz several times when we got to the counter was denied my reservation because I was not the car renter and my name was in the credit card she would not switch the reservation to my name she wouldn’t use my husband’s credit card she wouldn’t cancel and redo it. The accused me of using a “outside app” to reserve. The car was ready to go, and she refused it. She said customer service was closed and that we’d have to come back tomorrow I called the customer service number they canceled my reservation and fixed it in sec. She turned 3/5 customers away that night terrible. I was thankful for customer service. They did exactly what I asked of her in a minute. It was 11pm. We had no other options and she was not about to be helpful. Terrible
