So far my experience has been great. the communication is fast and easy and the facility is clean and feels secure. online set up was easy and the price was a good price for the unit. i came from red dot and am happy with the set up and the location as well! Would recommend with current pricing and their current online set up!

I rented one 10' X 20' climate-controlled unit on short notice in Oct 2023 and added another about four weeks later. The units were very clean (almost brand new looking). The staff at Hillcrest Self-Storage was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them for short- or long-term storage needs. The rental prices are also very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Perfect storage unit rental process, excellent from start to finish. No one really wants to have to rent a storage unit, but if you’re going to rent one, you’d want it to be as top-notch as Hillcrest Storage. The customer service/sales manager Kandi made the rental process an absolute pleasure. Despite near-closing time, Kandi patiently showed me many different space options and went out of her way to accommodate my storage rental needs. She took her time to explain the entire contract, code entry process, and even gave me a thank you basket filled with goodies! I was also amazed by the cleanliness of this facility, and the attention to detail. Beyond that, I was impressed by Kandi’s exceptional and natural ability to exceed customer expectations, making the decision to rent with Hillcrest Storage a no-brainer!

Ive had multiple units here for years. The owner has always put back into this business. The new management has been on top of customer service with a great personality. It is always clean and safe and Ive never neen unhappy with pricing or service.

Units that are paid timely should be honored with the opportunity to pro-rate the lease amount if the person can’t move out by the end of current month.

Don't know what is going on with this facility. Found gate inoperative and sign on gate saying they are closed. Only open 9 to 5 m-f.I pay extra for after hour access.Would have been nice to get a letter or email. Like I received when they raised the rates. This is not the first stunt they pulled.I was able to work around this problem todayNot happy at all and most of all no confidence with this new managementBeen a customer long before covid

Just finished with our storage room after 8 months. (Number 403)The whole process of renting from Hillcrest was excellent.Accurately explained and executed.The units are clean, safe, secure and light. I would thoroughly recommend there services.
