We booked three weeks in advance for a two queen bed room. When we got there to check in the “front desk manager” deashia was in the back room on her phone. I had to call the hotel to even get her to come out. Then she proceeds to tell me they over sold and there are not two bed rooms available. She said there was nothing she could do and she “got there at 3” and it wasn’t her fault. This is all at 930pm, so feeling stuck we say okay give us the king one bed room. We get upstairs and it’s disgusting, the tv is on, it smells like smoke and obviously just looking at our situation (2 adults and one child) there was no way we could stay there. So we go down stairs to check out and the amount of attitude this “manager” gave was abhorrent. Deashia you are an absolute disgrace to the position you hold and the job you currently have. HILTON FIX THIS HOTEL, THIS SHOULD IN NO WAY BE ALLOWED TO BEAR THE NAME HILTON IF THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE.

We stayed here because they are supposedly pet friendly. We took our dogs with us most of the day, but decided to give them a break from being in the vehicle. We came back to check on them and to take them out. I took Max our minnie poodle out for a walk. He freaked out when we went to the hallway. I didn't think much of it. But later in the evening, he freaked out again. I stepped out in the hall to find a bunch of thumb tacks on the floor. Some one had dumped them just in front of our hotel door. I guess hoping the dogs would walk through them. I don't see why some one wouldn't notify the front desk if they were barking. The front desk has our cell number. We would have come back immediately. This tells me someone has been hitting the door or something being mean to the dogs. We did talk to the front desk and got no help. She wouldn't even look at the camera footage. There are cameras it the hallway. WE WILL NOT STAY IN ANOTHER HILTON AGAIN !!!!!!!!! I know pets are not everyone's thing, but those of us who have them, think of our pets as our children. So don't be cruel.

I have stayed at this HGI for years but I will never stay there again. First they price gouged because of Mardi Gras then they managed to literally put huge pending charges on BOTH of my debit cards (3,500+ on one and 1,500+ on the other even though the room was 1,200 for 5 nights). When I tried to find out what was going on every single manager and every desk clerk (except Trevyn) threw their hands up and claimed they couldn't do anything and kept blaming the problem on the "system". I was on a one week business trip and from Sunday night until Thursday and they had my cards so tied up I could not use them for food or gas! I had a relative traveling with me and had to borrow money from her to eat! I even had one desk clerk tell me that "I had better not pop an attittude with her". Attitude? Really? Literally NO ONE helped me. Every day I tried to get this straightened out to no avail. The only nice people there are Trevyn, Tiffany and Kayla. Unfortunately they have no power to help. Everyone who should have helped me literally did not care and absolutely refused to help me. On Monday morning the cook did not show up until 6:10 and was in no hurry to cook even though they supposedly start serving breakfast at 6:00. On Monday when I discovered what they had done to my cards I couldn't get anyone to talk to me on the phone. I had to leave my meeting to go back to hotel to try to get it straightened out. No luck. When I checked out Thursday, the clerk led me to believe they were making concessions with my bill but then charged me the whole inflated amount after all. This is the absolute worse experience I have ever had at a hotel any where. I have left positive reviews in the past but this place has gone to hell. I don't know what's happened but I advise you to Stay away!

Tony at the front desk is excellent and the entire Staff are warm and friendly and help you at the drop of a hat. This is a great Hilton property to stay at.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. What's amazing is the service was so bad that I went to look at the reviews. The service is still horrible, the elevator is still broken 4 months later and NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I came in the room and I went to work at desk and the light was not working. I called down to the front desk, and was told noone was there to fix. A knock came a few minutes later and it was someone with another lamp. He handed me the lamp and said here is another light. Now I am suppose to change them out like I work here. When I mentioned that, he looked at me and said he didn't have to bring it up here because noone was at the desk. Instead of getting unprofessional, it would have taken him the same time to walk in and replace the lamp and take the old one out..I have read the responses from the person who is responding to these reviews; however nothing is being done, and @hiltongardeninn..You need to do something about this location. This is the worst experience I have ever had, and I will NEVER come back. If you are reading this, PLEASE DON'T COME HERE. NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN THE 4 PLUS MONTHS I STARTED READING THE REVIEWS!!!!

The hotel itself was in good shape. The rooms were nice, the gym was well equipped. My biggest complaint was the breakfast. It was sooooo gross. I tried to make a waffle and all the crud from the unclean waffle iron stuck to my waffle, so I threw it out. I ate a bagel that was completely stale. All the dishes look like they were licked clean and put back on the table. I finally tried to have cereal and the carafe has so much crusty old milk stuck in the spout that I refused to use it. For the love of god don't eat anything here unless you hate yourself. How hard is it to have someone in management make sure the place it's completely gross and unsanitary. None of the works gave two sh### about doing anything.

It’s a very old hotel that has some new wall paint. If you have a Tesla be careful one of the charger is busted. It’s not worth it the money.

I do not recommend this hotel. It was found lacking in several important aspects. We have never experienced such low standards with a Hilton hotel before this one. The shower had mold, the carpets felt dirty and sticky, and the beds were hard. Highly disappointed at the lack of care.Safety: Not a great location. Homeless walking nearby, and overall looks dirty.

I am Hilton Diamond so I stay at Hilton properties all over the Southeast. This is one of my worst experiences and it matched my bad experience last Spring when I stayed there. The main problem is the lazy, inconsiderate staff. Every time I came to the front desk, which was a lot, the front desk person was in the back room sitting down. So I had to say "excuse me"loudly to get their attention. Then I came down for Breakfast and no one greeted me for 10 minutes. The person in charge was behind the bar playing on her phone before helping me. I told the front desk three times that I needed shampoo, body wash, and conditioner because the containers in the shower were completely empty. I am very loyal Hilton and will remain so, but this property was nowhere near representative of Hilton quality.

I am a Diamond member and I’ve stayed at this location multiple times. The location has 2 Tesla chargers however, only one works. I rarely have the opportunity to charge my car because rude people leave their car on the charger all night and will not give others the opportunity to charge their car. I have reported this to staff on multiple occasions and nothing has been done. When explaining my grievances, it seems the staff does not care. I am a true fan of Hilton, but this will be my last time staying at this location.

Do not waste your money. The beds should have been replaced years ago. I could literally feel the springs in the mattress and tossed and turned all night long because of this. One elevator was out of service and the one we were able to use appeared dirty. The whole place is seriously outdated, dark and dingy and I cannot believe the Hilton name is on this place. The front desk staff was great. Update your hotel Hilton!

The room itself was a 3. We were to have a handicap room, which also was to have included non-feather pillows of which none of that did we receive... when we contacted the front desk as well as management, we were told sorry, and it'd be taken care of... it wasn't. We definitely would never stay at this location again . The only upside was room service.

Now I came to mobile for work originally book for 16 days at this hotel now Saturday night I woke up with a spider in my bed I called all night to the front desk with no answer so bevy morning I had to leave for work and no was in the front instead of writing a review I tried to reach out again so instead I took pictures and when I see the lady finally on yesterday which now is Sunday i inform her about the spider and roaches that was in my roomI told her I will be checking out. Then Joann offer me point but I didn’t not accepted so I ask for 3 night and they call me and she said only 2 night this should have never happen I don’t even deal with this at my own home. So no matter what this is unappreciated saw after Colin the Hilton honors. He stated that they will be refunding for three nights, and when it was all said and done, I literally only got 2 nights refund. Nobody should come down on a business trip and sleep in roaches in spiders,

Employees at location are very friendly. We picked this location because it had Tesla charging. One of the chargers has bare connectors hanging out and looks like it was run over. The second one would not open the charge port when pushing button. Manually opened charge port and it would charge. According to reviews has been broken for months.Room stunk literally. The next day one of the maides walked by and she smelled worse than a goat. She literally made the whole floor smell bad. You could tell when she used the elevator.Black mold all over shower tile. Never seen that at a Hilton before. I have to agree with other reviews that place looks old and somewhat run down.I feel sorry for the employees that work here. They were all so friendly. Needs a manager on location that takes pride in their hotel. I would never go back.

Front Desk Staff was extremely friendly, polite and very helpful. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Convenient access to I-65.Rooms: Clean and accommodating for business travel.
