Good hotel to just go to sleep. It is recommended to have breakfast outside.

I like big rooms and view in this hotel. It doesn't even matter which direction is your windows.
The only thing is that AC pretty smelly.
Not enough maintenance in time.

The customer service is on point. The staff was very nice and views of downtown Mobile from the Room was amazing. The property is very well kept.

Had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn. Beautiful decor and currently fleeing updated. Staff were awesome, especially with so many people displaced by Hurricane Milton. WiFi service had a strong and easily able to work from my room. I want to go back for more beautiful sightseeing.

No hot water, dirty bed sheets, dirty bathrooms, called manager and got fluffed off. Unprofessional and unsanitary.

This hotel is clean and nice. It is cheaper than some of the others closer to the convention center which is nice. The only improvement that is needed is more parking.
Rooms: The rooms was great! I was very big and clean.
Walkability: It is walkable to everything in downtown Mobile.

Hotel is perfect for the location. I have stayed here twice at the Mobile conference center. You could walk to the conference center if you chose to. The hotel is old and a bit dated but I felt the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The price is right. The parking is the only problem but its downtown so expect to pay to park in the parking deck. if you can find a place to park on the road, you can park there after hours as long as you leave before 8 AM.

The room was fairly clean. I noticed several body hairs on the ceiling in the bathroom. ? The lounge chair is stained. The staff was very friendly.

HORRIBLE Service!!
We came to enjoy our family stay and the parking space was horrible. There was an event going on at the hotel and took over all the parking spaces, when we came back to park at the hotel there was no parking spaces & we had to park in the garage infront of the hotel & pay $11.25 per car, keep in mind we reserved 3 rooms & paid $11.25 for each car in the garage. Totally unfair, because the parking spaces should be for the customers.
So just be ready to pay extra for parking, because the front desk was no help & said they couldn’t do anything about it.
Also Roaches flying everywhere.

It's ok. There is almost no parking. The hotel next door has a parking deck but make sure you pay the parking fee. Nothing special but no real problems either.

This is a beautiful hotel in the historic district and within walking distance of a great number of attractions. The room is spacious and immaculate, and everything was perfect. The lounge on the top floor is a great place. The restaurant is cozy and has excellent food. The pool is wonderful, and all of the staff were kind and a pleasure to work with. Our housekeeping manager, Mary, went above and beyond all week to make sure we had everything we needed.
Rooms: This is a round hotel, so the rooms are wedge shaped, making them roomy. The view of Mobile Bay and the downtown area is beautiful.

The service here is abysmal. There are better places to stay in the area with better customer service and better parking. The location is by far this hotel's saving grace and probably the only reason they're still in business.
