The lady who did my pedicure was extremely kind and thorough she took her time and I was impressed. However the lady who waxed my eyebrows and upper lip did a terrible job. I specifically asked her to keep my brows thick. She quickly responded with “Yes I can do thick” she proceeded to remove almost all of my eyebrow on both sides. They have no shape and are barely there. If this post can save anybody from losing their brows then it was worth it. Pedicure was great, DO NOT LET THE STAFF HERE NEAR YOUR EYEBROWS ?. I still had to pluck several hairs from my upper lip as well. She rushed and did not deliver what I requested. I hope my brows will be able to bounce back from this ?

I love the staff at Hollywood nails...they have me leaving feeling great and treat my mom and I like family. they take time and care for your needs. great personalities from the staff. they have a great selection of SNS colors including my favorites....mood and sun changing SNS clolors.

I just got my nails done last week and two have already cracked!!! This was my first time coming here and I liked the salon but I’m really disappointed in the quality of the work.

Do not go here. Vy Used dirty dremel bands and dirty nail files. Then placed unsanitized bits and bands back into the container she will use on the next client. Cut my cuticles with the drill. Then put acetone on my already irritated nail bed. She was rough, kept yanking on my hands and slapping them. Did not dust off the filed nails. And they are very lumpy. They also don’t take appointments like I was originally told they did.

Pedicures for me can be an issue (bad toes and nails?) but Lan did such a wonderful job. She was patient and understanding of my quirks. I recommend her, especially if you need special care.
