Bought a 1 pound propane canister here. After it was empty we tried to be responsible and return it to the store that sold it for recycling. Lady at customer service seemed angry that we would do this. Told us in her 29 years nobody has ever brought one back. Ok thanks. Walked out thought fine we will do what everyone else seems to do and throw it away. This lady actually followed us out the store and yelled at us. “Don’t throw that in there it’s a hazard”. We asked what we should do she just shrugs. The whole interaction seemed so odd. She was angry at us for no reason. Hopefully you never use Customer Service here. They have no people skills.

If I could give this store a zero I would, but it is not an option. My mom and I drove over an hour to order a stove from the Home Depot on Mortimer Dr. We had previously been to the store earlier in the week and was told that we could get a stove delivered to our house. We came back to the store Saturday and we're in the process of ordering a stove. We were informed that we could not get the stove delivered to our house even though my mom called Friday and it was confirmed that we could. We also were not able to get the stove delivered to the store. The staff was rude and I have worked in retail so I know how you are supposed to act. We will never give them business again! Please call and double check before you make the same mistake we did!

Almost all Thinkers Have Left the building. Home Depot built it's business through excellent customer service. I am sad to say those days are gone. Spent 30mins on the phone trying to verify an order and availability. After being transferred 5 or 6 times I was disconnected for the 2nd time.
I called back to speak to a manager and was transferred electronically 5 more times. Gave up and never spoke to management.
Saving grace.
After I gave up someone called me back to say they did have the item. It really shouldn't be this difficult. Shout out to the employee that saved my number and called me. She should be made a trainer.
