Stuck in 2020.
Staff is always kind and helpful tho.
Maybe having Y2k, y2k emo, and a bit more varieties of skirts would be a lot better.
Also lowering the prices.
They are WAY to high.
Overall, it's a good and friendly environment but the clothes is just, in the middle.

Wouldn't tell me if something was in stock over the phone. Also didn't let me use hot cash when I showed it to them on my phone..not the first time this has happened. I just moved here from out of state and would rather drive over an hour to Cordova Malls hot topic than deal with this one.

Hey I Am A Often Customer Of Bel Air Mall, My Name is Jacky, I not oftentimes come to Hot Topic but, after my most recent experience I’ll be sure return everytime. My experience was the literal best with the Employee “Tori”. She has an outstanding work ethic and comes with the integrity that every customer and company deserves. I came in looking for a Specific shirt. One employee, just shrugged it honestly but Tori, took initiative and helped me all the way, checked the front and back up and down all around for me and found me not ONE, but TWO shirts and I made a purchase with a smile on my face with gratefulness . That’s what you call Customer Service Professionalism, Enjoying Job, and A Hot Topic. Tori Deserves a Managers Raise. I Will be back and introduce my friends and family to Hot Topic now that is located at Bel Air Mall! Thank You Hot Topic and Thank You Tori! Please Notice this Employees work and Give Her Something For Such Enthusiastic Work!

I went there yesterday 12/28 and one of the employees working the cash stand was soooo rude.The other 2 employees were pure gold (one with blue hair, the other with short black hair). I didn't even want the other girl to ring me up because I heard how she interacted with other customers. If you don't like your job then quit, don't inconvenience others because your life is miserable.

Ugly attitudes from employees. Saw like two separate girls accused very rudely of stealing/shoplifting in only my 10 minutes of shopping. That kind of behavior will just make you want to shop other places. Hot topic has gotten complaints as a company about this being a running issue so I can't say I'm surprised. Unfortunate to see because I used to love shopping here as a teen.

Don't ever Black Friday shop here! Staff and manager clearly do not want to be there and make it the customers problem. Rolling their eyes and using foul language about other customers. Dropped all my merchandise and just left. Never coming back. Bel air is not what it used to be 😁

This is literally my favorite place on the planet. The employees are sweet, the items are cool, but HOLY CRAP are the items overpriced to high heavens. 40 dollars for a BAG! A FREAKING BAG! I'm not a cheapskate or anything but everything is so expensive. Other than that this place is my second church.

Guess it depends who is working, and what you are actually looking for. The plugs and tunnels selection is vague and limited to bigger sizes. That's what I've gone for... nothing else
