The worst sign place I have work with they are so lazy and so in professional took my money for 2 months they don’t want put it because is heat if you don’t want work close your shop plus they talk to customers like they don’t have money lol ? bad bad business

A couple of weeks ago I reached out to Instant Sign Center via email for a business sign. I have done business with them in the past, as they lettered our company trucks. I sent my detailed request in via email, and I received a proof back. After several times of going back and forth because Tommy was not putting the details in my original email in the proof, I finally liked it and asked for them to make the sign. Tommy did not quote a two-sided sign despite me sending in pictures of our office and our neighbor's two-sided sign telling them that I wanted similar size and look. I was asked to pay for the sign, which I did via phone on 12/12. I was told that the sign would be installed in 12/19 or 12/20. When I left for Christmas break on 12/23 the sign was still not installed, so I sent an email over the weekend requesting a refund. I got a call this morning from Penny, who was not pleasant to speak with apologizing for the delay in the installation. She then told me that the sign was only one sided. I told Penny that the error on the quote was their fault and that I was not spending more money on this sign especially because it was now over a week late being installed. I reminded her that I had more company trucks I wanted lettered, and that I wanted to continue to do business here, but that they needed to rectify this situation without any extra expense to myself. Penny told me that she called the owner who refused to fix the sign but would give me a refund. Now I've wasted weeks waiting for a sign and now have to start over with another company. I truly do not understand losing a customer over something so petty.Customer service is clearly NOT a priority anymore!!!!

I needed an A-frame sign asap and called several sign companies in the area. Tommy told me they could have it next day. I stopped by around 4 pm and told him what i wanted but asked him to be creative with a Mardi Gras theme. He had the proof ready before 6 pm. Steve went and picked up the sign early the following morning and they had my sign ready before 10 am. The sign looked great! I was impressed with their sense of urgency and their quality. Their price also beat everyone else I had called by 40%.

I have bought a couple of signs for my business, they are always amazing quality. Better than that is the price, for a small business nothing is more important than price and they do not disappoint, had a quick turnaround time too.

We submitted a request for a car magnet design via email but when we picked it up it didn’t match what we submitted. The manager re-printed the magnets with the right design and had them ready for pick up within one hour at no additional cost and was very helpful.

The only reason I give 5 stars is only because of one person and only one person, Penny. They built a sign for my gas station and it was something wrong with it. I contacted Steve and he promised to fix the problem. after couple of weeks he even did not pick up his phone and he never returned our call back. I contacted the store and spoke to Penny on the phone. she fixed our problem as fast as she could. she kept me as a customer and only because of her, I might go back there. It is so disrespectful when you do not pick up your phone on a customer who tipped you $100.00 for another job couple of months ago Steve. you should learn the customer service from Penny, how to do your job, keep your customers in this market and making sure they are happy.Thank you Penny...(update in response to Dear Steve)I wish you guys the best in your business as well, also in case nobody get it in a wrong way, my project didn't assigned to another team by you, My project got ignored by you for 2 weeks same as my 4 phone calls and voicemails, So I decided to call the shop instead of your cellphone to resolve the issue and thanks god Penny fixed my problem.Thank you

They charged us full price even though we had our own design, I would not recommend this company. We did not get what we were promised and what we paid for!
