When I had my taxes done at this location on Downtowner Blvd for the first time last year(I previously had used Springhill Ave location years before), my experience then was MUCH BETTER than this year. This year, the process was unthorough and hurried by the individual doing my taxes at this location. Usually when I get my taxes done at Jackson Hewitt, the employees seem willing to work with you & take time with you. I didn't get that treatment this year from this particular employee. I felt hurried & rushed out the door. I felt this person could have done a better job!!! I don't know what the problem was ?

We were told that an amendment was sent to the IRS and probably by December our issue would be handled.It's almost February and we are still receiving bills from the IRS. Now we're going to have to find someone who really WILL help.

I filled my taxes with Jackson Hewitt hoping I could get an advancement to help pay bills which were way over due. I was approved for 750 dollars!!! That was great!!! Not only was I happy about the upfront no cost loan I learned that Jackson Hewitt was a friendly professional place to file taxes... Happy I made this choice and you should to!!!!!
