The older woman (Kimberly Grimes) and the younger one who work at the cottage hill location were extremely rude the moment my husband walked in the door to return his rental tux, my husband isn't a confrontational person so he came and told me what was going on and that there was a 30$ late fee. I walked in to pay it but was met with extremely rude demanding behavior for asking a question, since we didn't hear about the return time and we were a hour late and instead of handling the situation with grace I got immaturity, (we own affordable car tires in Theodore, and I personal deal with the public on a daily along with handling discrepancies with customers) I than made the decision since I couldn't receive a ounce of respect from neither employee that I was cancelling the card and NOT paying the late fee and will NO LONGER Do business with this company after the way my husband and I was treated over a misunderstanding. Behavior like that doesn't need to be handling with the public directly. Wish I would have gotten the other girls name as she was the one who rudely disrespected me before opening my mouth, but good luck getting the money after that behavior. circumstances definitely would have been different if the employees handled the situation like I was a pay customer.

Last Saturday I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes to drop off 5 shirts while the only worker sat outside on the phone and smoking. She finally got up and said she had to go inside to clock in and then came out. I understand not being on the clock and not being able to work, however that could have been communicated with me when I pulled up. Today I go to pick these 5 pieces of clothes up and again I wait in the drive through for well over 15 minutes as the employee is working on the computer with a male customer in the store. She comes out once to tell me that it will be just another minute and then 5 minutes later asks if I can come back in 15 more minutes since the computer is not working. If the computer was not working the employee knew that when I arrived, it did not take that long to figure it out. And no I cannot come back, I live too far away from the store and am not available during the week. Once I am able to get my clothes I will not be back. I know it’s hard to get employees, but it should not be hard provide a little customer service.

Simply can not follow simple request to please crease slacks in front, not sides. But, alas, every single time I get side creased slacks. Every. Single. Time.

Went two weeks ahead of time to be fitted for my sons prom and when I go pick it up and get home the coat they have in there isn’t the tails we wanted they put in a regular black coat and all they said was to bring it back but who has time to do that when it’s time for him to get dressed and leave .

First off they gave me a receipt that said they’d have my bag back to me on 3/9/23 they did not get it back to me for almost two weeks after the fact. As you see from the pictures they did not clean it, there are new dirty spots on it and the smell is putrid. I really regret taking my 300.00 bag to this place. Big regrets!

My husband rented a tux for a Mardi Gras ball. When he got fitted, the lady asked if he needed shoes and we said YES. He wears a size 15 shoe so they had him try on a 14 (no 15s in the store at the time). The 14 was very small so we told them we would need a 15 or possibly a 16 when he picks it up. They assured us that they would have that in stock when we come to pick up. Turns out, they didn’t put the shoes on the list for him. He had to wear size 15 shoes that were too small and uncomfortable instead. Prices were very reasonable. Worked fast when they were super busy!

The “Family Owners” need to hire more people to work Mardi Gras. Ridiculous having one lady up there the day after a ball.Hope you like waiting 30m to return a tux.

They didnt measure me right.. My pants were to lose and my shirt was to short. The bow tie broke and one of the cuff links broke. Worst 75.00 ive ever spent
