My service advisor, Myla, was very welcoming and knowledgeable about my recommendations for my car. She was nice and had great customer service. This is one of my best experiences thus far. I own two Jaguar vehicles so I visit Jaguar often for my annual services.

I recently bought a Jaguar from Jaguar Gulf Coast and the sales person Ben Payne along with Mason Thompson made the experience for my wife and I a very enjoyable one. We were given the vehicle for a test drive and without any pressure decided to purchase the vehicle. These guys went out of their way to have the car prepared so that we could drive it home that evening being we live out of state. Have had great experiences with buying vehicles from Joe Bullard Auto group over the years and will be returning here for my next vehicle.

Worst absolute service I’ve ever experienced. My 2017 Jaguar f pace broke down on the side of the highway and has been at this dealership since July 5 and I cannot get any answers except the engine needs replaced and the cost is $35k with no eta of when they can get a new engine. I’ve ask for them to do an oil analysis and run tests to find out what caused this nearly brand new vehicle to need a new engine, but have gotten no answers. I’ve called multiple times a week and can’t even get a return phone call. I live 13 hrs away and am at a complete loss and no one there seems to care at all.

I want to start off by saying we have owned multiple Jaguars in multiple states and used multiple Jaguar dealerships during this time. We never had any issues until dealing with this dealership. My air conditioner quit working in my F-Pace (which is still under warranty) in June and without any concern for the situation they said best they could do was get me in in August. No AC for part of June, all of July and part of August in Florida! They offered to let me drop it off and they would work on it whenever they were able to get to it… without any idea of when that might be. I asked if they offer a temporary replacement vehicle during this time. Of course, no they don’t. Their solution to this problem is for me to rent a car until my car is fixed. They won’t pay for it, but that’s their “solution” to this problem. I’m having a hard time justifying buying a Jaguar this time around when this dealership is so dismissive of its customers.

The ABSOLUTE WORST jaguar dealership in have ever dealt with!! Tyler the manager of the service department should be relieved of duties immediately. I have had my jaguar in the dealership for almost 2 weeks for a brake job windshield wipers and a in cabin filter. No loaner car was provided. They have called us 3 separate times. Telling us the vehicle was done. Only to take off work drive 90 minutes each way to get there and find out it was not done 20 plus years of buying jaguar and Landrovers. I will never touch another one. After this God awful lying kid they have running the service department. TYLER YOU ARE TERRIBLE AT YOUR JOB!!

Gulf Coast Jaguar did what they told us they would do and kept their promise to take care of us when we had issues with Jaguar Corporate and a rental car. We greatly appreciate them and recommend that you speak with their management team if you have any issues with your experience either in their dealership or when dealing with Jaguar. They will do all they can to make it right and do right by their customer.

Levi W. showed me exceptional customer service. I came in looking for a car that l'd seen online. Living and working in MS I didn't arrive till almost closing time (645 pm) so l rode around the lot looking for the vehicle. After not being able to locate the vehicle l just walked in to ask was it sold. Thankfully it wasn't, Levi no only found the vehicle, he made sure l was able to review it. The next day we stayed in contact via text and got everything together for purchase. I'm so in love with my new Lexus ES 350. This will be my 4th purchase from a Joe Bullard dealership. Thanks to Levi and the Joe Bullard team.

We have been so pleased with the purchase of our 2017 Jaguar XF. Ben Payne was our salesman and he could not have treated us better. We were coming from Metairie LA to Mobile so he did a walk around video for us first over the phone. Once we got there he was very friendly and personable and took his time with us. Before we left, he made sure my phone was paired and I knew how to work all of the controls. Even though our car is a used car, it looks brand new inside and out and has such a perfect ride. David Menaker was also very nice and personable. I would definitely recommend them and go that far to buy from them again based on my experience. Thank you Ben for making our buying experience enjoyable.

Just purchased a 2017 Jaguar XF from Ben. Love my new used car! Still has new car warranty left on it. Very clean. Looks like a new car inside and out! We came from Metairie to Mobile to buy the car that we saw online and Ben sent us a video first showing us the car since we were coming so far. Great customer service. The guy in finance was also great. Would definitely recommend and would buy from again!

This Jaguar dealership has very poor sales service. I tried to contact a sales person and no one got back to me. I requested online information and I did get an instantly generic spam email (see attached). I was hoping a sales person will call but it never happened. After a couple of days, I called and I was able to to talk to a sales rep who indicated that the car was sold even though the car is still listed available in their website. I am very disappointed that Jaguar has this type of sales service.
