Extremely poor customer service. No one will answer the phone and they are only open Mon to Fri from 9am to 3pm in the summer and still close an hour for lunch. Went to the store and it is locked up with no way to contact anyone and just a sign on the door saying they are open but they aren’t really.

Very nice respectful customer service I really enjoyed the ladies to work there and their they're graciousness their attitudes.

Used them for my daughter's class ring. It was beautiful and people are so very polite and understanding. If you have a problem with them then it's probably You that's trying to scam them. There's a reason Josten's has been around for such a long time. They are very trustworthy.
