There are two of these stores here, was able to find a Vans hat & shoes here, visited both stores, staff at both stores were super helpful.

HORRIBLE!! Ordered a pair of shoes because they didn’t have the size I needed. The size sent were two sizes too small. I went to return them and they REFUSED saying the shoes had been worn. I can’t wear shoes TWO SIZES TOO SMALL! I said they were never worn. He accused me of LYING! Embarrassed me in a store full of customers. Will NEVER shop at this store again.

Way too pushy. Came back every couple of minutes trying to push my decision on shoes when i was trying to decide between two pairs. Then seem dissapointed i wouldn't buy both. The sales will make themselves if you just allow people to look in silence unless they ask you for help. Lost a customer forever due to the girl pushing so hard. Ill stick to online shopping.

Wife and I went here to get her some new shoes. Bee (I believe that was her name) assisted us. She was quick to greet and offer help without being overbearing. She displayed extraordinary professionalism and patience, even after asking for tons of different sizes and shoes. Over all I would say she made the trip in here a very pleasant experience and we'll definitely be back at a later date.

My girlfriend and I went in so I could look at the pride Vans and we were instantly greeted by Bruce. (I believe that was the name he said, it’s hard to hear through masks) *young blonde headed male* He answered all of my questions and was always around asking if we needed any further assistance. Although we did not make a purchase during this trip I was impressed with his customer service. As a GM of a local business he will be someone I’ll be looking after should I need any new employees. ;) great job Bruce!
