EDIT: Came back here a few months later for more work.
The good: They put new tires on, new TPMS sensors, oil change, and an alignment.
The Bad: They didn't listen when I told them that a full size spare was on, and they need to put the original tire back on that was in the trunk. They had to get me to show them when they were freaking out about alignment.
The Ugly: After getting the car back and leaving it parked for a couple days while driving other vehicles, I got in it to discover a break in my radio where it appears someone tried to shove there finger through it. When I brought it up to the manager on their next business day, he became irate with me, insulted me, and then finally said they would buy a replacement if I agreed to never come back. Only after this did he actually go back and investigate if it was their fault.

Got in an accident back in 2020 and my car hadn't been quite right ever since. Had a complete restoration done by two different shops, and they never could figure out what was still wrong with my car. Spectrum didn't even leave the parking lot before they figured out what was wrong. In less than an hour, they fixed my car and had it ready for me. I will be making them my main mechanic shop from now on!

Spectrum helped me turn a bad experience with an insurance company into an almost enjoyable one - almost. After fighting the insurance company for another driver that caused our accident for almost a month, the team at Spectrum saved the day. I turned over the whole process and they did not disappoint. They fixed the car in a timely manner and worked with the insurance company to get the checks reissued. I would take any vehicle that needs repair work to them and would recommend the same to anyone else as well.

Last month while visiting in Memphis I was involved in a minor fender bender. It was the other driver's fault so their insurance company paid for the repair. Spectrum did an AWESOME job on my car! I highly recommend them!

Spectrum collision is the best paint and body shop in mobile Al.ive been doing business with them for 25+ years they have always went above and beyond my expectations. My 2016 corvette is shark gray metallic. It’s is a very hard paint to apply to a older car. My car was hit two different times and both times DAVID KIRBY MADE IT LOOK LIKE NEW AGIN. They also installed ground effects and a spoiler for me.
