Walked into the store and was stopped immediately…. It’s pouring raining outside, I have my 3yr old, my 2yr old and myself 8 months pregnant. I grabbed the nearest cart which was a small neighbor store’s cart. Sales woman said that is a “blank store” cart, and I said oh ok do you have one? She responded no, do you have a stroller? I said no will just go next store and left. DO BETTER. Do you know what it is like to shop with babies? If I had brought my double stroller in the store where was I supposed to put the items I would like to purchase. If I took my babies out or the cart and they accidentally knocked something over who would be responsible then. Very disappointing experience. DO BETTER.

I was at the Kirkland in Mobile Alabama . They
Had 4 shelves of kitchen ware . The sign said 30% off . I chose the ones that. I wanted, purchased them and left . When I got in the car I looked at my receipt and noticed that I was not given the 30% . When I took the receipt back in and showed it to the lady, she said that the items I bought was not 30% off . They were on the same shelves . All together . I am very disappointed. It was totally misleading . Word of warning. Ask before you buy it . It is not clear at all .

I recently visited the Kirkland store, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The store is beautifully designed and exceptionally well-stocked with a wide variety of products. The decorations are stunning and thoughtfully arranged, showcasing a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
It's clear that the management and staff are highly knowledgeable about decor and retail. Their pride in their work is evident in the clean, well-maintained environment and the pleasant scent that greets you upon entering. Every corner of the store reflects their dedication and professionalism.
The only minor issue I noticed was that some products were missing price tags. Aside from that, my visit was delightful. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to enhance their home decor with beautiful, quality items.

If I could give this store 10’stars I would. First starters, it’s extremely well decorated and put together with everything so perfectly placed. You can tell that the employees do a wonderful job. I was greeted a few times, but certainly not over greeted, which is something that I do not like, but these employees give you your space while allowing you to alert them if need be. That’s my favorite kind of associate. The store was clean and beautiful and filled with some of the best prices that I have seen in a long time But that’s really not what this review is 100% about. I wanted to give a beautiful review for your sales associate Angie or Angel. Just please tell her I said thank you: she will know what’s it for.
