Thank you for providing my daughter with such a great cut and style. Teenagers can be hard to please, but she truly loves her new look. The staff was friendly, our appointment started right on time, and the overall experience was excellent. We look forward to returning!

I’ve been bringing my little siblings to this hair salon for a while, and it’s always been such a lovely experience. They get excited to pick their little car seats, and the ladies are usually so sweet and welcoming. It’s always been fun for the kids, and I’ve always made sure to book appointments ahead of time.
One day, I had an appointment scheduled at 12:00 PM. I arrived early, at 11:50 AM, and a stylist named Hanna told me, “You’re 10 minutes early, so you’ll have to wait until 12:00.” That was perfectly fine with me—I didn’t mind waiting.
But at 11:55, a mother walked in with three children and asked if they take walk-ins. Hanna said yes. I assumed, of course, that since I had an appointment, my siblings would be taken first. To my surprise, Hanna started working on the three walk-in kids instead. She finished all three of them around 12:35 PM before finally calling my sibling.
When it was finally our turn, I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted for my little brother. She did the complete opposite. Not only that, but she was rude toward me and extremely impatient with my siblings. At one point, she got visibly upset because my 2-year-old brother wouldn’t move his head exactly how she wanted. He’s only 2 years old—it broke my heart seeing how frustrated she was with him instead of showing care and patience.
When I politely asked if she could trim a little more off, she kept getting annoyed and refused to do it. I’ve never had an experience like this at this salon before, and it was the first (and last) time my siblings were cut by Hanna. I even asked for her name to make sure I never book with her again.
What hurts the most is that this salon has always been amazing for children, and I’ve even recommended it to friends—many of them Latino families like mine. Sadly, several of them also told me they had bad experiences. I can’t say for sure if Hanna treats certain people differently, but I can say without a doubt that she is not professional, patient, or kind with children.
As a parent, sibling, or caregiver, you expect your little ones to be treated with gentleness and care—especially in a place meant for kids. It was so disappointing and heartbreaking to see my brother leave crying from a place that used to make him smile.

Super rude with kids , the lady who cut my daughter hair was so dry she didn’t talk any word with my little daughter and she did the worst hair cut ever . The bang didn’t cut evenly I took my daughter to another hair salon to fix what she did . Horrible experience
I don’t know the hair stylist name but I found her photo on knits website supppeeerrrr rude with kids .
Instead of bringing cars and funny stuff to make kids happy teach your employees how to smile and be nice with little ones .

Terrible service. I would not recommend getting a hair cut here, they ruined my son’s hair. I caught the name of the one on front desk “Wendy mead” gave a huge attitude and i will not return because of her rudeness.

I would NOT recommend coming here. After they did my sons hair wrong, they refused further service and kicked us out. I was shocked and would not recommend coming back. Wendy mead was the one at the front desk giving such rude service.

My hair is really difficult to cut due to the waves and curls and I have been very discouraged with my hair until I came to this salon! Hannah did an amazing job coloring my hair and then cutting it so it flowed correctly to my shoulders without “wings” on the end. She even consulted with the other stylists to address the issues I was having with my hair. I can’t believe how beautiful my hair looks again and how nice it flows!! I LOVE this salon, they really listen to you and know how to address your hair so it looks gorgeous! LIFETIME CUSTOMER NOW! Can’t recommend enough! THANK YOU!

Great place to get a fast, high quality cut that caters to children but also does adult cuts. must book in advance as this place stays that busy

I am so sorry I have to write this review but I brought my grandson in for a haircut! This is the 2nd haircut there! I do not know if yall have apprenticeships but my grandsons hair is more then jacked up! The two on the sides went all the way past the crown of his head! His swirl in the crown of his head is part long and then shaved on the bottom part! To say the least very disappointing and my daughter in law is more than upset needless to say training or schooling is needed! No complaints on the first haircut he received there!

Pros: great atmosphere for kids- tvs playing different movies, fun chairs for them to sit in for their hair cuts, staff seemed nice
Cons: haircut service was not great- haircut needed fixing and was rushed/ delayed
Had an okay experience here. Brought my 2 year old in for his first hair cut for his birthday and had an appointment. The atmosphere was nice as they had fun chairs for the kids and tvs. The receptionist was friendly. The parts I didn’t like was that the stylist (who is also one of the owners) ran around a lot during our appointment. My son sat in the chair for about ten minutes and he was fine until the last couple of minutes as the movie he was watching ended. Out stylist went back and forth from him to the other stylist/ trying to help with other stuff. By the time she came to cut the rest of his hair he wasn’t having it anymore. All she did was trim the neck and around the ears. We were going to do more but since he started crying she said we should probably stop there. I agreed and she quickly moved onto the next person as they were becoming busy. As I examined his hair around his ears, I noticed she missed several hairs and had to have her come back to trim them. When I got home I had to trim the hair on his neck as there were some missed that I didn’t notice.
They weren’t too busy when I got there but got busier during our appointment. I just wish she had spent more time doing my son’s hair and wished she tried to make his experience a positive one. He did so well right up til the end and I feel like he could have had a good experience if she focused on him. He sat there ten minutes and only two of those minutes were spent cutting his hair. I selected her and made an appointment ( online says it’s a 15 minute time slot) trying to make sure it would be a great first experience for him and it turned into just an okay/ potentially negative one for him. We may go back and try another stylist but honestly I may just continue to cut his hair myself at home.

Went in a week or so ago to get my sons hair cut. After a long wait we left, nobody seemed to want to do more than just hang out and talk to each other. Then the lady got snotty when asked how much longer since half the staff was just sitting around. Considering how much money they wanted and to be treated like that I'll take my money someplace else.

Posting this to give any up and coming stylist a heads up. My wife jenna had worked for knots for 4 years and the shop had become very hostile towards her. So she has moved to another shop in foley where she is very happy now. The part for new stylist thinking about making the next move be knots is the own will and does severely short up on your last earned check. Jenna was shorted $400 on her last check and had address this with the owner. The owner of this shop replied with a smile and told jenna to sue her over this. Jenna was a very responsible person and kept track of all work preform.just beware if looking to make this your next move and please do like jenna and track you work preform for this woman.
