Great experience at Tameron Subaru! I was coming from out of state and Dylan Vines made the process seamless! My parents were able to trade in their car and drive away in less than 2 hours with a smile! I work in the car business and it's not easy to find such great service! Highly recommend.

Recommend Tameron Subaru. We had an excellent car buying experience. Negotions on the price was easy. The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered every question. Even after the salesman spent a long time helping us, there was no presure to buy anything. In fact, we didn't return until the next day to make a purchase.

I purchased a car there. It was the easiest sell they ever had. I test drove 2 cars and purchased the second without any hassle or haggle. They pushed me out the door at warp speed and now they won’t return my phone calls or text. Horrible, don’t shop here.

I am very happy with J’Vonte. He wasn’t pushy at all, he patiently let me test drive all of the cars I was interested in, and even though we left and came back a few days later (to have a think before we purchased), he didn’t bombard us with calls and emails. Our business manager was great too, he helped us get to a price point that worked for us for the extras we wanted. We got a great deal, and will be recommending them to everyone!

My experience with Tameron Subaru has been nothing short of excellent. This dealership truly does things the right way. From a top-notch sales team that is kind, patient, and low-pressure, to a hard-working service department that goes above and beyond, the experience has been outstanding.
The car-buying process itself was smooth, and every person I interacted with was extremely helpful. The used car I purchased did have a few minor issues I noticed after the sale, but the service department was quick to step in. While it took several visits and some time to fully resolve everything, the team worked diligently to diagnose and repair each issue.
Throughout the entire process, the service staff were transparent, patient, and understanding. They kept me informed at every step, which gave me peace of mind and built my trust. Tyler and the rest of the service team were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a huge difference.
It’s rare to be able to speak so highly of a car dealership, but Tameron Subaru has earned that praise. My experience has been worry-free from start to finish — and that makes all the difference.

Even though I was only there to test drive an Outback to help me with my research of a new car. Jacob was the one to help me and at no one during the test drive did I feel pressured to purchase.

We brought the car in to get looked at and was told we would have to pay a $190 diagnostic fee. No problem. They made sure to inform us several times that this fee would have to be paid before the car could get picked up. No problem. We drop the car off and tyler says don't forget you will have to pay $190 when you come in to pick it up. No problem. Warranty dosnt cover any of the repairs we needed. (Not their fault). We show up to pick the car up and they inform us that we owe over 400 dollars for the diagnostic fee because it is actually $190 PER HOUR. Something that they never mentioned at all. They ended up charging us $150 PER HOUR FOR 2 HOURS. So we paid $300 instead of the $190 they constantly reminded us about. This place is shady and pretends to want to help you out. Be carefull dealing with these crooks.

We saw a vehicle we were interested in, scheduled an appointment for 12 while at a cross country meet. We came, test drove and walked out within a few hours!
I would highly recommend anyone serious about purchasing to come here.
We worked with the most knowledgeable and patient salesmen we've ever met.

By far the best dealership I've ever dealt with, even as a PDA-Profile AuDHDer, I felt that every salesperson, service writer, and technician has ever been anything but kind, helpful, and a joy to speak and work through the process with. I have never felt pressure to purchase or spend a certain amount of money or focus on a particular vehicle, and I really appreciate the time and attention dedicated to helping me understand various industry matters so that I could make an informed decision.
