A big thanks to Mrs. Mary Barras and the Tameron Subaru Team! I am very much satisfied with my purchase experience! The Sales team was very accommodating and helpful with the entire purchase process. I am impressed by how well all of the teams work to make the experience for customers a pleasant one. The building is beautiful! They even have a "quiet" area for customers who need to work while waiting for various services. Excellent service overall!

My husband and I had such a great experience when purchasing a new vehicle from Tamaron Subaru. The staff was great and wanted to make sure we were happy during the whole experience. Tyler Otis took care of all of our needs, and made us feel completely at home. Thanks guys, it was just such a pleasure to work with you. Mary Barras personally assisted me with getting a refund on a service agreement for the car I traded in. She went above and beyond to make sure I was properly refunded. She efficiently handled the entire trade-in process. My husband and I have both purchased cars from Mary and will definitely call her for our next one. We have been totally pleased with Tameron Subaru.

I usually bought from Koby- always have had good experiences. Tameron seems to understand needs better than the large co that bought after Koby- so I am glad to continue to do business with them. Mary is a pleasure to work with and full of knowledge- I was not prepared financially to buy a new car and they patiently made the task as easy and as bearable as possible. I ended up with a vehicle I never expected to love- a Legacy versus my usual choice of SUV. I'm impressed with this vehicle- my son excited to drive it. I love the financial dept as well- just wish interest rates offered could be a little better but right now that is a USA problem. I already have plans to buy my next car from this dealer. The safety and service are always top notch at Subaru. Thanks!

My husband and I had a great experience when purchasing our new Ascent last week. We went with my daughter the weekend before so she could look at a vehicle and had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle when we went to Tameron Subaru in Mobile. But I saw the Ascent and liked all the equipment it has.I had talked to Abby in the parking lot and she was so nice and quick to get me the information on the car. I really enjoyed talking to Abbey!When we went back to purchase the Ascent, Abbey was great! She was so helpful and happy to answer all the questions my husband and I had about the ascent and our purchase.Even after the sale, we had to go back to get an item installed and Abbey was happy to sit with us to answer all the questions my husband had. I like that, if she did not know the answer, she was willing to go ask someone who knew.I highly recommend Abbey and Tameron Subaru in Mobile when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone we delt with there was very great! All the way from sales to finance and service. They all made us feel at ease when purchasing our Ascent!

My friend and I got some work done here the other day and the service advisor Tyler Speights was extremely helpful and friendly. Regularly checked up on us to give us updates and make sure we were comfortable. Even though the work took longer than expected, it was still a great experience at a dealership.

Brought my Forrester here for service after getting some questionable quotes from another shop. Tyler was the best, and managed to get my car worked in quickly. I was quoted Less here, at the dealership! Experience pays. Tyler made sure I understood exactly what the issue was with my car, and what it would take to fix. I could not have asked for a better service experience.

Wonderful experience and couldn't be happier with the car and the customer service we received. We did our research on the Crosstrek and went to Tameron to test drive one. It is a wonderful vehicle and is very comfortable. I took it on a trip to Huntsville for a weekend, and I had no problems. There were several features that made the trip a breeze. The salesman, Thomas, was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He was not your usual pushy car salesman, which was greatly appreciated. Thomas, his manager, and the finance Mgr were great to work with and had everything completed in record time on a Friday night. We left happy campers. Because the vehicle is so complicated and has so many features. Subaru and Tameron have a service that is provided with the purchase of the vehicle called ENCORE. they have an employee who contacts you about 2 weeks after your purchase to answer any questions you might have. Our contact was Alyssa, and not only was she knowledgeable but smart as whip and very helpful! She showed us how to connect our garage door to the garage door opener in vehicle! She showed us how to use some of the other features also. What a wonderful and invaluable service that is! Especially for us older folks. If I have any questions, I just text her, and she answers right back! She is my little tech buddy on my shoulder. So far all is good and we are very happy. They don't need to be pushy because they sell a great product, and it sells itself. The customer service I received was impeccable. I have included a picture of my new Dog taxi! Thank you Tameron Subaru! I will be back for our next vehicle!

My wife and I brought in our Outback for its first service and the service department did an amazing job! The young woman who helped us was very kind and made the process quick and easy. She even showed us to the waiting area. While we were waiting, we decided to look at the inventory. Jacob walked around with us and was able to answer all of our questions. He truly is a wealth of Subaru knowledge! He is an excellent salesman! If we had the money for another Subaru, we would’ve bought one from him that day!

Given my experience with car dealerships around the Pensacola area with markups and processing fees, I was going to buy in Oklahoma. They were offering a $2300 discount, but as a lark I wrote Tamron and the manager said they would match the price. I buy a lot of cars and know all the games. They earned my business and have followed up on an issue I had with the car. I would give them a chance. However, if you are on a budget avoid the add-ons (paint protection, extended warranty...etc). You have three years to determine if the car is junk. Check consumer reports and reviews. I bought a WRX manual. Fun, quick car with decent options.
