Made appointment online for 4:30. Got to the location 15 minutes early as the website said to arrive just to find out they closed at 4pm

Beth here is amazing!! I’m normally a hard stick and she got it first try no problem! The check in was fast and they were able to get me in as a walk in too which was fantastic.

I wasted 4 hrs of PTO to go have my labs done only to find out that they were closed. My appt was scheduled for 3/10/23 $ 4:45PM. If I knew they closed at 4 I would have gone before 4 smh....update. I went back. The staff were friendly. The hours were not updated. It seems that it should have been communicated to the VA BUT I will adjust the rating to a 4. Everyone makes mistakes

I had to bring my 16 year old who is autistic and has very high anxiety to have some blood work done and the staff was fantastic!!! Sure eased both of our nerves and it was so fast I highly recommend this location!!!

The Lab Corp at Providence is great. I tried going to Montlimar and I got there at 3:59 and they were closed. Patient sitting in a chair and she said they had shut down the machines. Didn’t tell me about Providence. I found it on my phone and called. A real person answered and gave me directions. I’m not from Mobile so I ended up calling 4 times. She was great. I wish I knew her name. White lady. The African American lady took my blood. She was great too. Didn’t feel a thing. I highly recommend going out of your way to go to Providence. I will never go to Montlimar again. I drove from Mississippi. Yes I should have checked the time but they could have let me in. They close at 4. Not 3:55. It looked like they had been closed for a while. Anyway. Providence has a customer for life. I would give them 6 stars if I could. They really helped me out today. Thanks.

We brought in samples according to my son's doctor's instructions but were told by the technician that they couldn't be accepted that way. But the problem is that she threw away the samples we had brought when they could have just been transferred to new sample containers. Now we have to collect everything again and come back because of her lack of knowledge. However, they didn't provide us with their instructions on how/when to collect the samples so this doesn't happen again, and when I called to ask for the instructions, their voicemail box was full. Very frustrated because my son needs these tests done ASAP.

They did a great job. I even asked for the wrong test at first and, when I caught my error, I called them up and they got me all fixed up. No problem. I found their office, they took the blood and in a few days the info was in my hands. I will use them again.

Actually my appointment was at the Labcorp on Montlimar Drive in Mobile. My appointment time was for 1100 am. It is 11:45 and I am still sitting here. At one point I was the only person in the lobby. I could hear a bunch of giggling and loud talking coming from the background. I finally asked the receptionist what was taking so long and she said she thought I had already been helped. Yes, I've been helped. That is why I'm still sitting here, time is now 11:48.
