These people never have jobs available I been calling them a week straight every morning they tell me they have nothing available, they never send u nothing about jobs in the app don't text your phone about jobs or anything I had better luck getting a job in Pensacola at least they send information about jobs they have going on

It had me fill out all my personal information and work-related experiences only to tell me I wasn't eligible for anything they had.
It kicked me off the system as soon as it got my personal information.
The guy said he couldn't help me and I can't reapply for 6 months.
I was shocked.
I've never that attitude in a Labor office before.
I worked as a C.S.A. for Labor Ready.
I know how to do his job.
When I asked what was wrong with his computer program (it was having glitches) he gave me a nonchalant excuse.
I won't ever go there again looking for work.
The place looked horrible too.

Was sent 2 guys, 1 showed up an hour early and got started, the other showed up on the designated time and went straight to work. Both guy were very respectful and stayed on task.

Labor finder was there when I needed a job fast caring and understanding people I still work for them to this day Ms Karen the manager at mobile Alabama office is a wonderful manger also Amie and Adam are wonderful people if u need a job I recommend labor finders

I went to a job on a barge and the sale was doing some cleaning I went there for 8:00 and they sent me in a room until 1:00 in the morning and try to put a shovel in my hands and I had to dig that was not my job title told me I was cleaning but not digging so I told him that I'm on heavy medication and they took a picture of my timesheet and say I had to deal with the office and they balls and I'll get to the office they going to tell me that they cannot pay me anything now the law is with Labor Finders you've been on the job site for least 4 hours you get paid for that I don't understand why they can't do that now and I wasted my gas going there

Don't waste your time!! It doesn't matter if you call at 5:30 when they open, 10 minutes after that, or even at 6 a.m. whatever the time is the woman that ALWAYS answers the phone says, "i'm sorry we don't have anything available." Then she says, "what's your name and number? Okay we'll call you if we get something." EVERY SINGLE TIME! You have a better chance of seeing a shooting star than getting a call back. How does an employment agency never have jobs available even when they just opened? HOW? Also, how can you wake up for your job everyday and feel good about turning people down? If you're wondering if this was just a rant for a one time thing...no it isn't and there's been 4 different occasions at least when she's played this same broken record. Save yourself the trouble and do whatever you can to get an actual job because if you really need to work she is of no help. I hope this helps someone.

Google maps says that they open at 5:00 but they do not actually open until 5:30. It was my first time at this location so I needed to fill out an application. They have two kiosk in the office to use for filling out an application and getting on the web is not an option it must be filled out on their kiosks. Not a problem except the kiosk continuously crash during the process. I spent 2 hours there and was not able to complete the application so impatiently I chose to leave. I think their program needs some kind of update or maintenance for sure. I think I will have better luck and a faster application process at one of the other Labor finder locations. My only other experience with Labor finders is from 2014 in Florida and it was great. I did not get the same results from this Labor finders as the service for a new hire seeking to fill out an application was a horrible experience for me and since I chose not to stay longer than 2 hours it was a waste of that time except some of the progress may have saved and I may be able to return and finish it later.

If u really need work and money don't come to this branch. I was there on a Friday at 6:00am and didn't get a ticket, I was told I came to late so I come back Monday at 5:15am I was 2nd on the driver's list(people with automobiles) still I got no work. I have worked at labor finders in Birmingham, Pensacola and New Orleans, at all of these branches if you are there by 6:00am with a car you're going to work. It's only this branch that doesn't have enough work for everyone, except their regulars.
