The worst shoe store I’ve ever shopped in and I have loved sneakers for years! I drove an hour to exchange shoes that were a gift only to be told I had 7 days to exchange. The shoes that were purchased were marked half off and the company refused to match the price and offer a credit! I will never shop at this store. Worst customer service ever!

Price gouging. The Air Jordan 3 Green Glow—a brand new colorway, is $270.00 at this location. ON SALE. What the heck is the original price then? Green Glows can be found at City Gear and Footlocker for $200 before tax. Blame it on Laced being a boutique, but I say it's because of that certain demographic that's known for moving into minority neighborhoods and charging premium prices—all the while watching you like a hawk.
We were here first. You came to our country, then you came to our city. Check yourself.
