The two ladies were more interested in conversing with each other on their native tongue than threading. Why do you have to stop and turn and look to speak to your coworker. Then she did not sanitize and I saw her pick her nose right before she picked up the utensils to start on my eyebrows, so I asked her to please sanitize because I did observe that. Fortunately, for my threading and she did not talk a lot back-and-forth with the lady while she was actually doing my brows like she did on the lady that she did before me.

i wrote my name on the paper and sat down and the young skinny girl literally scratched my name off and let the other girl sit before me so when i made it clear that she scratched my name off while i was sitting in there she still proceeded to tell me that the girl can go before me which was WRONG!

I prefer threading because it typically provides better results that are accurate for your facial features. This time taught me that isn’t always the case,It was my first time at this location and I had Sue. I came in with some thicker, slightly over grown brows. Once the redness cleared I was able to see that I ended up with brows that are way too thin and don’t match in shape. It was also the most painful experience I have ever had with threading.I did have a previous wonderful experience at the Pensacola location and walked out with beautiful brows there about a month and a half ago.

I went here yesterday and got my eyebrows threaded and tinted. I saw some good reviews and decided to try them out. This is my first time ever having anything like this done. When the lady was finished, I was told that the only thing they had to clean them with was water and for me to go home and wash them with soap. I live an hour and twenty minutes away so just imagine going home trying to scrub tint off. To top it all off, they are not even the same shape. Now I’m trying to find someone to fix them. Do not recommend at all.

Soooo umm ya! I don’t recommend this place. For it to be a “eyebrow” place they are extremely slow. Ok cool! I wasn’t aware of u having to sign in! After I was already sitting waiting for about 10 minutes just to be skipped! Then they take wayyyy to long on just 1 person DOING EYEBROWS!It smells horrible!!! Like a strong musty ! I’m sorry it’s definitely giving ghetto and I’m just not with it! SNS!

Do not get lash extensions here. They taped my eyelids open for the entire 30 minute service, used hair glue instead of lash glue, got glue in my eyes, and glued the lashes too close to the skin. The next day I went to a reputable salon to have them removed. It took 2 hours and she said it was the worst lash installation she had ever seen. I ended up at the eye doctor with corneal abrasions.

TERRIBLE! I'm so furious right now I'm from out of town and needed a lash fill. I found somewhere reasonable. I should have known better when they said walk-ins available and I was seated in a hair salon chair, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Because, what do I know, I'm from out of town First step, wash eyelashes, they didn't do that. Next kicker, she taped my eyelids open. I told her, don't you think my eyes should be closed. No, no, she said. Okay, whatever. I let her do her thing. I was so nervous about the outcome. BOY, did I get smacked in the face with a doozy! They're stiff, they don't look natural and all the lashes were mixed sizes! I'm like why are they all over the place sizes. She said because we didn't have the in between number. I was like, you should've told me and I would have told you to leave them all the same size, UGH! Then they were like, we'll trim them a little. Oh, god! Made it worse. I was like stop. Just stop! They ruined my lashes! Now, when I get back home I'll have to get them removed and replaced. Damn it! I should have listened to my gut

I went in on a Friday and got my brows threaded and clusters added to my lashes and by that following Tuesday all of my lashes were coming off. I followed all of the instructions that were given like no steam or direct contact with water so I reached out to the establishment not for a refund but to at least to correct the problem and the only thing they had to say was no refunds which was not what I was looking for but after spending $130 plus tip and buying some of the products that they recommended you’d think they would want to keep you satisfied. But it’s ok I’ll never patronize them again

Nina does great work on eyebrows, but has no consideration and extremely poor customer service. This is the second time that I have messaged earlier in the week asking what day she'd be in after 5. This week in particular, I texted on Wednesday and was told to come on Friday because she would be working until 6. I even texted and tried calling twice before I left work to ensure that she was still there because I live and work 30 minutes from this location. I didn't want to waste time coming if she would be gone as has happened to me in the past. I made it at about 530 pm and another brow tech told me that it was a 20 minute wait for Nina, which was fine with me. I waited 30 minutes to be told by Nina that she can't take me because she stops at 6. I explained that I'd texted earlier in the week and was told to come today and I'd called before coming for this reason and she didn't care. Needless to say I will not be returning.
