Charise at the Bel-Air mall location is very professional as usual. She assisted me the last time I purchased my glasses. She took her time and guided me through selecting my frames. She never made me feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything I didn’t want. I love her!

Reese is AMAZINGGGG! Every time I go in she is so welcoming and can help in any situation. She just tightened my glasses and readjusted them on me and now my glasses feel brand new again. Thank you, Reese! I’ll see you again soon.
