These people failed to make my grandmother's glasses correctly and then charged her for a new set. Why in the world any one is still using these thieves is beyond me!!! If you fail as a company to deliver something paid HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR YOU DON'T TURN AROUND AND CHARGE THEM HUNDREDS OF MORE DOLLARS! in 2025 it does not cost hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars to make glasses. This company is one big scheme ripping off elderly people is a crime!

So thankful to Erin, for her willingness and kindness today. She straightened my frames that had been run over, even though this pair was not bought at Lens Crafters. She did a great job with a beautiful smile!

As always, excellent customer service. Big shout out to the staff for your courtesy, and professionalism, and an extra thank you to Reggie at the Airport Blvd location. I truly appreciated your time and attention. Thanks for going the extra step in checking to see if my glasses came in early. I know someone else helped with that but I unfortunately didnt get her name. That was a nice surprise. The doctor is so kind and was really good with my daughter today. Keep up the great work!!
