Very happy with my three years at Extra Space in Mobile. Easy online sign-up in 2022 and breezy closing in August 2025. No complaints at all from start to finish. I enjoyed clean, cool storage in the climate-controlled area all 3 years. If I ever need storage again, I'll be going with Extra Space.

Great customer service and fair price. My daughter goes to South, and we live in Tennessee, so we wanted a secure storage facility to store all her dorm things. I liked the security that extra space offered, as well as being climate controlled. Close to campus and made moving in for fall semester a breeze! Highly recommend!

I have been renting a storage unit for several months and I’d never go anywhere else! All of the staff are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They have great prices, too!

On July 19th 2025 Summer turned autopay on and charged my card without authorization. Which caused my account to overdraft and a bill to bounce. Which cause an overdraft charge on my account and a check return fee from Verizon. I do NOT use autopay and did not authorize the payment. I’m not the only one she did this to. And she still works there. So I removed my cards from the website and don’t recommend anyone saving your card information on their website if you do business with them.

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with your facility and commend Jill for her outstanding service during my registration process. Jill was incredibly thorough and attentive, walking me to the storage unit and explaining the access features in detail. Her meticulous approach and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and pleasant.
The facility itself is impressive, with its climate-controlled environment and impeccable cleanliness. On move-in day, Jill's thoughtfulness was evident once again as she greeted me and kindly set the entry doors to automatic mode, making it much easier for the movers to unload the truck. This small gesture made a significant difference and was greatly appreciated.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with both the facility and the exceptional customer service provided by Jill. Thank you for maintaining such high standards and for employing such dedicated and helpful staff members.
