I’ll start off by saying I’ve spent a ton of money in this store! I’m a repeat customer! We go mostly because my baby loves seeing the owners dog! Well today was different! We went for the Christmas sale! I immediately saw the Rosaline doll I have been desperately searching in stores for! I picked her off the shelf to see what my baby thought of her. Immediately my toddler noticed the baby was missing a sock, so I kindly went and told an employee. She immediately told me oh those dolls are not to be played with! (There was no do not touch signs) I said oh she’s just holding her I wanted to see what she thought! I intend to buy her however the sock is missing. Would you have the other sock for her. She grabbed the doll from me, took it to the counter and placed it under the counter. She Didn’t offer it back to me. All my baby wanted to do was hold the doll again! I planned to buy this doll for my baby today! But the way this situation was handled I was treated like a nobody as if I wasn’t good enough to shop in this store! And for that reason I would not recommend this store to anyone there was no hospitality or kindness shown today!

Nice boutique with tons of options. I love that I can get what I need locally and quickly without having to order online BUT if I want to order online, I can still choose “pick up in store”. The customer service is awesome and so are the sales.

Went in for the first time yesterday because I had a gift card from one of my baby showers (my daughter is now 15 months old, better late than never). I got a bathing suit and hat and went to check out. They tried to use the gift card and said that it was showing there was nothing on it. I was a little shocked, however they tried multiple different ways to try and get it to work. Finally, it still wouldn’t work, but instead of just dismissing me they took off the amount of the gift card! I am very grateful, with the way the world is I know it’s hard to trust what someone is saying. Definitely will be back! Amazing customer service!

Love this store. They are always so sweet. I accidentally came in right at 6 thinking they closed at 7 and they were so sweet didn’t rush me. Once I realized I felt so bad but they are super sweet.

I recently had a negative experience at a different boutique. My boyfriend and I are in an age gap relationship, after they made negative comments about me picking expensive clothes for my daughter (because he was paying) among many others. We called Little Monkey Toes because we now needed a last minute outfit for our daughters pictures in 2 days. They were very very helpful, didn’t rush me, and were beyond sweet. They helped me pick my daughters outfit and bow. I saw a few negative comments and can say that they are definitely wrong! This boutique will definitely be our go to now!! We can’t wait to post our daughters pumpkin patch pictures!!!

I have been in this store and although very adorable items and tons of options for shoes, I am very disappointed in how I was treated on the phone. I called this company to see if they had a pair of shoes for my daughter for school. When I called the woman who answered took my question but then said that they were very busy. I asked her politely when would be a good time to call back because I live an hour and half away and did not want to drive this if they did not have the shoe. She rudely asked if I’d be coming tonight or tomorrow. I once again tried to reiterate that I was 1.5 hours away, she then interrupted me and said, let me ask this another way. Will you be coming tonight or tomorrow? At this point, I feel totally dismissed and frustrated and reexplain that there was no way I could make it before they closed since it was now 5pm and they close at 6pm. I kindly asked her what time would be best for me to call to see if they had these shoes in stock. She said tomorrow at 10:30am after they opened and then hung up. At the end of the day, I realize that this isn’t that big of a deal but I feel completely disrespected and she acted like I was stupid. Definitely not a way to earn business. All she could have said was that it was really busy and if I could call back in the morning she could check. I would have happily done so.

wish i’d read the reviews prior to ordering ? agree with others, their customer service is lacking. ordered something for easter verrrrry early in the day on april 7th and had to actually call the store to ask when it would ship after three days had gone by with no activity on their end. it finally shipped on april 11th (who knows when it would’ve shipped had i not called) and now won’t arrive until possibly the day before easter or easter monday ? 2 stars for the products, but definitely won’t be ordering from this store in the future!

On October 17 I went in to Little Monkey Toes in tears. My husband had died 2 days ago and I needed clothes for my three year old and 4 week old baby to wear to his funeral. The owner literally held my hand as we walked through the store while I sobbed and she picked out clothes, including accessories, for my boys to wear. When I went to check out she wouldn’t even consider taking my payment. I was overwhelmed and humbled by her generosity and I will buy every piece of clothing my boys ever wear from Little Monkey Toes.
