This is the worst store in mobile, go to west mobile or tillmans corner.This store has 0 help for anyone. You can't even get a cart. This isn't a one time visit. Unfortunately I go here often because it's close to the jobs and the company doesn't want us driving across town. I dread it everytime.Save your self some gas. They prabrobly don't have what you need anyway.

I wouldn’t give this place 1 star, but no choice for 0. worst, most unprofessional bunch of rejects youve ever met in your life. One of your employees tried to start a fist-fight over me walking through the roll up door in contractor sales. I told the manager, but she couldn’t have cared less. Everyone in this store spends more time avoiding work than trying to help customers. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!Edit: I’ve noticed the main complaint is rude, unhelpful cashiers. It’s been that way for years, but Lowe’s doesn’t seem to care enough to respond or do anything about it. I’ve also noticed y’all respond to positive reviews, but not the negative. I’m a contractor and tried getting help this morning to return a tat roofing material for correct product. Employees were so rude I loaded item back up and went to Home Depot. This location needs HELP.

Great products. However, the manager will not take care of you and they have some smart mouth young individuals at Customer Service that won’t take care of you either. I had an issue and neither the manager nor the customer service could take care of it. They will just pass the book because they don’t know what they’re doing and they don’t care either way. If you buy something, make sure that you have a warranty and a receipt because they will not honor every product that they sell and that’s a fact.

My husband received a gift card for Christmas. Worst customer service ever AT the customer service desk. No help. Sarcastic. This is why we go to Home Depot. Thanks for nothing.

This may be the worst customer service I have ever seen. And it wasn't just me. You walk around and see dozens of people trying to find someone to help.
