Job. I don't remember her name, but her service is a five. Lowes really gets a zero. Kudos to the 1st grade teacher.

Great place to find all your Home DYI project supplies. Employees need training on customer service and store inventory. They are extremely nice and helpful to their pro members, but not so much to their regular everyday customers.

Stopped in while town in a small job and the store and staff was great the lumber end took great care of all our needs and got both our trailers loaded and extremely fast and helpful which is great for contractors trying to get to a job

Had to return a faulty washer. Manufacturer was giving us the runaround with the warranty. Angela, Davida, Jason, Ford, and Chris were very helpful on the return. Will be returning to this Lowe’s often.

It's a home improvement big box store, but it's a pleasant one.

Lowe’s is always my go-to store for home improvement projects! They have a great selection of tools, hardware, and supplies for just about any job, whether it’s DIY or something more extensive. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. They’re always willing to offer advice or point you in the right direction if you’re unsure about a product or project. The garden section is also fantastic, with a wide variety of plants and landscaping supplies. Overall, Lowe’s is a reliable, one-stop shop for all your home improvement needs!

Recently visited on Sunday evening 01/05/2025. I ask for assistants had to go 4 times and ask for them to page someone to Lighting. After 32 min of standing on Isle 7 Ford arrived and I guess he thought I would leave you could tell he was mad approached didn't ask what I wanted just said YEA. Never was willing to help me. I hope Ford can find a position where he doesn't have to greet the public he just doesn't have any customer service skills . I went to Lowes in Daphne today and had great service and got everything I needed..
