Unorganized, prices not clearly marked, what was marked at 31.08 ended up being 61.08 with no marking in the area showing the 61.08 price. The associate at the check out was unorganized, asked for help after a line to to 3 of the self check outs were backed up past the entrance and was flowing towards the garden department. She was rude trying to rush people through the self checkout. The self checkouts were the only checkouts open, got in the way when I was trying to assist my 77 year old mother to check out then complained about having to assist. Would not do a price check and started getting angry at how backed up the check out was and then yelled at me and threatened on removing us from the store because I used a firm voice after she was rude and hostile towards myself inwhich I am visually disabled and my 77 year old mother with back issues. I will not be going to this branch again. I was more than happy to leave and go to home depot and get the same product for half the price.

Store not well organized, did not have items in the right area with the right price and no price of the Item was visible, what I thought was 31.08 ended up being 61.08 at the register. Check out took for ever because there was a long line, the Lowes associate in charge was frantic, overwhelmed, which made her attitude a bit rude, she did not want to help my mother which is 77 and has severe back issues, was in the way which made it impossible for me to help, she called for assistance after there was a line that was backed up to the garden department and continued to boss the people in line to hurry up with the self check outs with a very hostile voice and when she spoke to my mom that way and I responded back to her with the same hostile voice and threatened on having us removed, we left and honestly I don't think I will go back to a Lowes. This is not the only time I was spoken rudely to. On another occasion, I was looking for a plastic fitting or rubber washers. For the fitting I had that was brass that was for pluming because I had a leak, I was told I needed a plumber because the associate did not want to take the time out of her day to help me.
The customer service at Lowes has went down hill,

This is the lowes I always go to. While they don't always have what I'm needing I know which employee to look for because he always knows his stuff. Sadly I can never remember his dang name but he wears eye glasses that come apart in the middle and he always can either point me to what I'm looking for in store or to another store that may actually have what I'm looking for because Lowe's doesnt carry it. Like tonight I needed multicore solder flux paste. Lowes only carrots lead free plumber flux. But he pointed me in direction of radio shack though sadly radio shack was already. closed for the day. He is always really helpful when I do running for my husband

If you want to do curbside pick up forget it. They don’t bring you your items and when you call they don’t answer their phones.
