Wanted to send a beautiful and unique arrangement to someone for their birthday and as I was scrolling IG Lush came across my feed. Each arrangement I saw was vibrant and looked great. I sent the floral arrangement and the recipient loved it! The florist sent me pictures of the arrangement but I know it looked even better in person. Will definitely use again. The young lady at the West Mobile location was very kind and helpful.

I had an arrangement sent to a team member after a recent surgery. It was not only beautiful, but it arrived very quickly! The patient said the flowers also smelled amazing! Thanks so much for putting together a happy that will help her heal.

1 time supplier here, Susan ordered from us, we rushed her the order and she hasn't paid or returned our correspondence now in 6 months. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

Holy cow! LUSH is amazing. Susan and her staff are so warm and welcoming when you go into the shop. I can't wait to hear how much fun my mom and wife have at their floral design class later in the month!Highly recommend. 5 stars isn't near enough :)

I can’t say enough great things about LUSH.I’ve been lucky to receive a beautiful surprise arrangement from my husband that was awesome.I also attended one of the flower arranging classes and not only did I have an awesome time and learned a lot, but I left with a huge beautiful arrangement.I’ve also purchased a few items from the shop, including a blanket with the map of Mobile Co., which is super soft and adorable.If you haven’t been in for a bit, go check them out- lots to see and tons of local gifts!

I ordered a floral bouquet for my mom for her birthday. I reviewed and discussed with a lead person in very specific details of what I wanted and did not want. I paid over $200.00 for the arrangement, container, and delivery fee. I felt confident on my experience and shared choices of flowers with the worker.I asked for pictures of the arrangement to be sent to me before delivery to my mom because I live out of town. I was given all assurances that this would happen. I had been to LUSH and shopped there for several years in midtown.On the day of delivery my mom sent me a picture of the arrangement that she received. It was hideous. The flowers and arrangement looked like they were dead dried flowers. It had all of the flowers that I specifically discussed with the worker that I did not want, agreed to pay extra for nicer flowers and the container I specifically asked not to use.I immediately called the shop. I spoke to the owner of the shop and shared to my horror what had occurred and how upset and unhappy I was with what my mom received. The owner of the shop basically said she made the arrangement, she felt it was beautiful and I was out of luck. I sent the owner a picture of the arrangement and went through the flowers and specifically shared in detail why I did not want these certain flowers that were discussed the day before. She said that there were no notes left for her and she would not have known. The worker that I spoke to was not back from her delivery and she would discuss with her what had transpired and return my call. I asked the owner if she had seen the worker that morning when she had made the arrangement and she said that she did but the worker said nothing.She offered at one point half of my money to be refunded and was again in no way apologetic for my experience and my mom’s arrangement. She kept insisting that there were expensive flowers in the bouquet and she did it herself.My mom is a Master Gardener. I am as well. Three of the flowers that were used in the bouquet I specifically asked the worker the day before not to use because they have a memory of my brother who died at 20.I have not received a call, follow up text or any refund or an offer to replace what was an act of love and much cost to me by the owner of the shop. I am very very disappointed with LUSH and their lack of communication with their staff and the customers wishes. I am sharing this review for others to consider in before making a choice.

I just received an arrangement which was not only unattractive, but had several 1/2 dead flowers in the arrangement. So disappointed, especially sine I have recommended Lush to so many friends and family members.

However, after watching Tim’s videos and his heartfelt love and concern for not only his business, but, other small businesses during this time of uncertainty, I would just love to hug him and pledge my business to Lush!Tim, your heart is absolutely precious and your Mother would be so proud ❣️
