Very comfortable setting in the inside...but the nail tech and employees are very rude ...they rush you and talk to you like you can't afford to pay...and they are horrible at pedicures and manicures...I will never spend my money here again

I paid 55 dollars to replace 1 toenail and gel white nail polish on my toes. Would not put a jewel like I asked on my big toe cuz I had a event I needed to go to that night which was the whole reason I chose my color. I went here cuz it was close to my job and couldn't make it to my regular shop during lunch. They told me it would just fall off, which is funny cuz my other shop ALWAYS does what I ask and never had any problems and I've never spent that much to get what I did.
I was also cut and burned multiple times and she did keep apologizing but after the 3rd time I got mad cuz at this point just stop.
I will never be back. Worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon and spent more for my toes than I ever had just to be painted.

Never again. I should have known better when I walked in and saw 2 people being serviced that I needed to walk right back out. I did not like the service. My toes looked terrible and the girl had no clue what she was doing as she seemed confused why my gel polish was not drying (she was not curing for the full time). She efiled it off and redid the toe. When I got in some natural light I could see my toe nail was dented and uneven bc of being efiled and layers of gel polish. I had to leave in a hurry bc I had to get to my baby shower but I was not satisfied at all.

Take a jacket and possibly a blanket with you. It is always very cold because the owner makes them prop the doors open even when it is cold outside! I will probably not go back until the weather is warm.

Would not recommend! Stopped here due to convenience. Not my usual nail salon. I went in for a fill-in gel polish. My nails were less than two weeks old and hadn’t grown out much at all! The fill-in done on my nails was very thinly done and the so called gel polish was pilling off before the end of the same day! I was charged $65. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! If I could give no stars I would!!!

I’m kind of conflicted writing this bc I really enjoy the atmosphere, it’s location is convenient and the staff is so nice, but every time without a doubt I get sns here, it separates from my nails in under two weeks. This past time I also got a gel pedicure, and the tech didn’t clean the edges of the nail polish off my skin, so that too is now separating/ peeling in less than two weeks. Over $100 of services for them to not last. I’m also not hard on my nails- I had gone somewhere else the time before this (3 weeks before this appointment) and they were still super secure and had to be soaked off. I love this salon, I just wish the quality was still there.Services: Synthetic nail removal

The nail tech was fantastic, super sweet & shaped my nails how I like them BUT that’s literally her job so it doesn’t make the experience impressive or special. The prices are way over the top for basic work. I’ve been to far more luxurious nail salons that serve you complementary wine & massage your hands while doing a superb job on the nails yet the prices were significantly lower and made sense. I went to luxe nails for a fill & it cost $90 …make that make sense LOL.I still left a 20% tip (they give you an option for 20%, 25% or 30% which I found pretty unprofessional) but probably will not be returning.I hope the young lady who did my nails finds a better salon because judging by these reviews & the insane pricing, these techs probably get jipped a lot. /:
