Friendly staff meets me at the drive up door, checks in my laundry & has me back on the road in no time. Pick up is just as easy & quick. My laundry is always handled with great care & looks great.

CAUTION: Do NOT bring your clothes here! 10/10 would NOT recommend. I brought a clean, white lab coat in to ultimately be pressed and starched. It came out with 4 (four) lines of black stains on it that were not previously there. A month and a half later after multiple cleanings and being escalated to the owner, the stains prevail. The owner REFUSES to pay for my $50 coat that was stained in their care and continues to blame it on “the inside threads” (also white without stains). He will not give me a refund and tells me to take it to where I got it (an out of state hospital) or contact the manufacturer. He refuses to acknowledge that despite this happening in his care, that Master Cleaners is at fault and should reimburse me for the coat. He finally agreed to reimburse me for the initial $9 cleaning fee, but continues to refuse a $50 coat reimbursement despite their mess up. He offered me a $50 store credit, however, when I asked him if he would take his clothes back to somewhere that ruined them and not do the right thing by reimbursing them, he scrambled to answer. Needless to say, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE. I am unable to wear my white coat to work thanks to Master “Cleaners” and will be filing a claim with the BBB. On a side note, the staff was fantastic and friendly throughout this ordeal, it was only the owner who was unreasonable.

If this place had a negative star review I would give it. We took in a white coat to get clean for my wife. Left it in their care for A MONTH AND A HALF due to a black stain that was previously not on the coat. Talked to the owner and gave us the go around how it’s the “manufacturers fault”. They obviously ruined it but the OWNER didnt even have the decency or just good business practice to give us the money for the coat (which was $50 btw) that they ruined.Service: Laundry pick-up

I'm a new customer and I noticed what they did wrong on shorts and shirts. You don't pin your shorts upside down and shirts not cleaned throughly I brought a shirt in dry-clean a small stain, I came to pick up and noticed I see more stains as if they did something to the shirt? I'm not sure, I worked at a cleaners when I was younger it's usually the machine with problems and I had to clean it manually before dry clean.
